This lovely villa is a contemporary style four bedroomed villa with heated pool (extra charge applies). Located in the popular Ortaalan district of Kalkan, approximately a 5-minute downhill walk to the shops and restaurants, and a few minutes more to the centre of the Old Town.

The accommodation is on four floors and has good sea views from the upper floors, looks out onto the surrounding olive groves on the ground floor, and has a lower level which includes a gym and media room, with plenty of equipment for the entertainment of guests.

The particularly large pool and pool terrace are well-designed with an outdoor dining area and BBQ, large pool, jacuzzi pool, shallow pool, and table tennis. An extra charge is applied for the pool heating.

Ground Floor
This floors accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan living / kitchen / dining area which opens directly on to the pool terrace. The lounge area has two comfortable three-seater sofas and a smart television, for guests to be able to watch their favourite programmes online.

The kitchen has a large breakfast bar/table which seats 6, and is equipped with all the essentials, including water cooler/dispenser, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an expresso coffee machine with milk frother.

There is also a cloak room and W.C. on this level, and a utility cupboard under the staircase, housing the washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board. For additional comfort Villa Paloma has air conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout the property.

First floor
There are two bedrooms on this floor – one double and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms, private sea view balconies with seating and coffee tables. The beds in the twin bedrooms can be put together to form a king size bed.

Second Floor
The master bedroom is located on this floor, and has a double bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom has direct access onto a large roof terrace, which has both sea and mountain views and is furnished with a seating area, double size swing and umbrella.

Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor can be accessed separately under the villa. This fully air-conditioned gym is equipped with treadmill, spinning bike, multi gym, and a selection of weights. In addition to this there is also a pool table for more laid back entertainment.

The separate media room has a 64” flat screen smart 4K ultra-TV (with IPTV, so you can live stream all your favourite British channels) large speaker, play station console, and is furnished with comfortable reclining seats.

With superb views, there is a comfortable L-shaped sofa set and table, plus 2 sunbeds for anyone wanting a quiet corner.

Outdoors
Villa Paloma’s very spacious terrace area with plenty of furnishing. It has an outdoor dining and seating area with shady pergolas. There are 6 cushioned sun loungers, parasols and a single ‘egg’ swing adjacent to the large swimming pool, which has an integrated jacuzzi, and shallow area. There is also a day bed and bean bags.

The pool can be heated in the cooler months (extra charge applies). A BBQ and table tennis table are located to the side of the terrace.
