Only 10 minutes to Chenal! One owner custom built Country French Estate gated and private. Great getaway plus a short distance to Hot Springs. The foyer has a 25-foot ceiling with limestone floors, plus a curving suspended staircase with limestone treads and a custom wrought iron-and-brass railing. The Great Room includes a wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors. The 25- foot- tall Veranda is floored in Pennsylvania Blue Stone which also surrounds the swimming pool with a cascading waterfall plus a hot tub (Closed until winter) and fireplace.
The kitchen has an oversize island that includes a Norway mother of pearl granite top with a Thermador Cooktop.
The downstairs master bedroom includes and a WBFP , sunken bathtub and walk in shower.
The second level includes two separate bedroom suites and a sitting room all with separate balconies overlooking pool.
Other amenities including a three-car-garage, zoned heat and air, central vacuum.
This is a older home therefore please don't expect a new home! Some items will not look or work like new. Shorter or Longer rentals is negotiable.

Wife and two daughters custom built our Country French Estate approximately 30 years ago as a week in get away however we loved it so much we moved here full time and raised our family.
Why they chose this property
Only 10 minutes to Chenal Valley Country Club, The Promenade at Chenal Shopping Center, Arthur's Streak House, Movie Theaters, all sorts of shopping plus all kinds of fun stuff to do! However you might not want to leave the property and just enjoy the peace and quite of country living.
What makes this property unique
We had our home custom built. The property is accessed by a private gate and low water bridge which (Cannot be crossed when flooding or any other acts of God). The mountain and lake views are wonderful not to mention the sunsets and abundant wildlife.
