CU At Copper Creek is a 5 star home Located in Benton Arkansas, only 20 min. from Little Rock and 25 min. from Hot Springs. Only 3 miles from the Benton Sports Complex and Benton event Center. This beautiful home has it all and more. Easy access to I-30 and close to restaurants and shopping. This is a stand alone home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice deck and large backyard with privacy fence, nice sun room off main bedroom to enjoy as an extra living space. Fully stocked coffee bar, designer sheets and towels with hotel amenities. You could not ask for any more. Simply a wonderful place to stay.

Host is a great communicator who was very helpful and quick with her responses. House is cute and clean. The side room off the master bedroom was a great place for my husband to exercise in the morning which was an unexpected bonus. Great location. Will definitely stay here again

This home had everything we needed. Traveling with a toddler is always chaotic but this home had a portable crib which made bed time so much easier. This home is located perfectly close to any stores or restaurants you could possibly want. The record player next to the master bedroom was a nice touch! If we are in Arkansas again we will definitely be staying here.

Great house!

My coworker and I booked this house for a Public School conference. It was such a nice comfortable house, in a safe neighborhood. The house was so well stocked! The owner thought of everything! We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything You Need

The house was in a great location for us. We stayed a week and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and the beds and sofa were comfortable which was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Cute Cottage, Excellent Host

This cute cottage was centrally located for all of our family events. It was inviting and well- furnished. All of us enjoyed spending time there. Further, Tonya was outstanding! She reached out several times to make sure all was well and immediately responded when we had questions. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly return when we visit again.

Visiting family in the area

House was just as described and squeaky clean, check in was a breeze. The house was easily accessible to major travel routes (hot springs). Minutes away from restaurants and outlet shopping.

Wedding visit

This house was perfect for us. It was spotless and things had been sanitized. It was even decorated for fall! Tonya, the host, was very nice and responded to my question quickly. I liked how they did the lock code and that the door automatically looked after a few minutes.

Simple, Clean, and Convenient A+++

Host was very attentive and helped me with check in remotely. Property was clean and had tons of amenities -- so extremely convenient to have extra blankets, any and all coffee supplies, and even Styrofoam plates and cups to minimize dishwashing. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was lovely!

Very nice and comfortable. Only suggestion -- we are older and the hall bathtub was a bit slick. May need a nice mat like in the master. Great little house and very clean and nice. My apologies for not remembering to open the drapes before we left. We closed them in the evening. Thank you

Short stay here for a near by wedding. Property was clean and well care for. More than enough space for my family of 6. Master bedroom bed was super comfy! Quiet neighborhood with friendly waving and smiling folks. Easy access to shopping and necessities. Attentive Host did check on us and our needs.

I am a native of Benton Arkansas and am currently the Managing Broker of McGraw Relators in Little Rock Arkansas. I enjoy travel and being with my grandchildren and children, in that order, Ha. My passion to host others has always been close to my heart. I love it when my guest are blown away with the extras they always find when they stay at one of my properties.

This neighborhood is one of my favorites ones in Benton, it is quite, charming and welcoming. The neighbors are all fantastic and friendly. The only folks that use this street are the ones that live on it.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I love my property because it is open to the kitchen, has a double French doors off the kitchen onto a private patio area. It also has a nice sun room off the master bedroom where you can relax away from the rest of your group and lesion to some vinyl records and drink coffee. It also has a walk in closet in master with a private on suite. I also love that it has a separate laundry room where guest can catch up on their laundry. My favorite would have to be the kitchen with the gas range and and fully stocked utensils fit for any chef.
