Great 6 guests apartment located in Malagas city center but away from the noisy part. The Plaza de la Merced (where Picassos birth place is) is only 200m from the holiday home. Here you also have several bars and restaurants and only a few meters more from there, you will find the Alcazaba castle. If you want to shop, Larios street is 800m from the apartment and in the same area you will find the port at the end of the street. If you then take for example the Paseo del Parque and reach 'Muelle Uno' you will then have bars, restaurants and shops and also very close to the nearest beach: La Malagueta (1500m) The Picasso Museum is 350m away and to enjoy some good food at the Atarazanas market, you will reach in more or less 15 min walking. The train station where you can arrive and leave to the airport (Malaga Centro Alameda Station) also takes you to Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and it is 1500m from the apartment.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, wash machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The WiFi is free of charge (a chromecast is also provided), air condition and heating. Both bathrooms have shower. The building is only 12 years old.

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day

Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:

Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
