The apartment is very close to a metro station, which makes it very easy to reach the different areas of the city. There is also a supermarket and several mini markets very close.The neighborhood is ok.
The apartment has all the is needed. However, it needs some maintenance.

Falta jabón y shampoo en el baño, el picaporte del baño se cae, la cortina del comedor es transparente, de noche es como que no hubiera, faltan vasos, no hay hielera en el refrigerador, desborda el agua de la ducha al bañarse. Creo que son cosas que se pueden mejorar y a bajo costo
No es lo que ponen en las fotos . Es otra vivienda y es bastante caro para el estado que se encuentra.
No tiene vistas apenas y se escuchan a los demás vecinos y por si no fuera bastante nos vienen a las 10:50 y nos obligan a abandonar el piso habiendo pagado hasta las 15:00
En general no lo recomiendo
Nous avons l’habitude de louer des appartements dans des grandes villes à ce tarif.
Toutefois nous recevons toujours en retour des biens d’un certain standing.
Même si le bien que nous avons loué a des points positifs (emplacement, taille, terrasse…) nous avons de nombreuses réserves.
Ainsi dans ABRITEL il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking (ce qui a essentiellement motivé notre choix ) or le propriétaire m’a finalement indiqué après réservation qu’il n’y a pas de parking, il faut marcher 600 m pour trouver un parking public soit disant partenaire mais la personne au comptoir ne connait par Appart Easy le loueur.
Ensuite sur l’appartement :
Une seule clim pour trois pièces principales (2 chambres et un salon). Dans le salon le canapé est dans un état déplorable (taches permanentes, déchirures sur les tissus). Dans la salle de bain le crochet pour tenir le pommeau est cassé, le votre papier wc est de travers ainsi que le porte serviette. Pas de clé physique alors que vous indiquez qu’il en y avait une. Enfin au niveau du ménage alors que la prestation est facturée plus de 240 euros il laisse à désirer : on a juste l’impression que linge de lit et les serviettes sont changées et que le sol est lavé rapidement. Ainsi de nombreux éléments dans la cuisine était sale comme le micro-onde par exemple ou la cafetière non nettoyée (présence d’un filtre avec du café à l’intérieur.Tous ces éléments rassemblés sont loin pour nous de justifier les tarifs qui sont pratiqués.
