Perfect location and balcony - but issues

Lovely balcony that really sells this apartment which is a very central location. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor, and the block appears to be shared by short term holiday lets (managed by Caleta Homes) and normal renters/owners. Although we experienced very friendly communication from Caleta Homes, we were not met at the property for check-in (so had to find our own way there). The property is comfortable rather than luxurious, and the bathroom needs work (toilet banging/broken, paint peeling off shower walls, shower doors don't close properly). Our main issue however was the noise - no issue with street noise as that is part of a city break, but rather the noise from the other apartments (parties, doors slamming and dogs barking). If you just want a clean, central apartment with a nice balcony, this works ... so long as you are not light sleepers.
