Villa Sparta is located at the North-East coast of the island of Kea, 2 km from the gulf of Otzias with its sandy beaches and tavernas and about 6,5 km from the Korissia the port of the island.

This comfortable stone house with its own swimming pool stands nice and quiet, with direct access via stairs and flat rocks 90 meters from the sea.

The villa stands on a property of about 1500 sqm, one of a complex of 4 houses in a total terrain of 8000 sqm. Fully adjusted to the landscape, architectural in the cubistic style of the island Kea, constructed in 2010, the house looks to the blue sea, right up to the island of Euboea and the coast of Attica. It is a holiday house with a beautiful view, to dream, relax and recover.

The villa of approx. 92 sqm extends on two levels. The first level consists of the living and dining area tastefully furnished and decorated, with a fire place and SAT-TV, fixed-line telephone for incoming calls and internet connection (W-LAN). The open kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove with ceramic glass cook top, fume cupboard, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee- and Nespresso machine.

On the same level there is the master-bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. At the lower level there is the second bedroom with two single beds giving to its private terrace and the second bathroom of the house.

The outside areas consist of several terraces for outdoor dining and relaxing, a freshwater pool 9m x 4m, depth 1m – 2.20m), equipped with outdoor shower and sun beds. A covered parking space can accommodate 2 cars.
