The ground floor consists of: a living room, a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms one of them master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet, and 1 more bathroom. The large staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: the master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet, a second bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen and a spacious living room, equipped with a TV and a fire-play. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in all parts of the villa. All 3 bedrooms on the first level enjoy an excellent sea view. At the ground level, the indoor areas extend to a spacious terrace, all around the property, and one with excellent sea view. Close to the pool there is an independent apartment with a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
