Situated just a short drive away from the beautiful beach at Spanish Point, on the Wild Atlantic Way, this spacious, detached holiday home is particularly suitable for a seaside family holiday. Spanish Point Beach, commonly known as White Strand, is great for picnics, rock pool exploration, and all kind of water sports. Whitewater Surf Company offers surf and kayaking lessons as well as equipment rental to people of all ages.
Spanish Point has a local shop and pub and is only 3 km from Miltown Malbay, a bustling village with great pubs and restaurants. Visit Spanish Point Golf Club located 2.5km away from Southland Holiday Home with a mature and beautiful 9-hole classic Links course, one of the oldest in Ireland.
From your seaside holiday home in Spanish Point, you are close to Lahinch, the Cliffs of Moher, Loop Head, and all the beautiful attractions of County Clare.

Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for electricity at this property is €9 per day all year around and the oil is meter read and based on consumption. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Unfortunately, this property does not supply towels. You will have to bring your own sets of towels.
4. Number of Guests:
To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, please provide the correct number of guests when booking. The property is prepared based on this information, and unfortunately, any additional guests not included in the booking won’t be able to stay.
