This wonderful villa situated exactly on the first sea-line on the Paphos coast just 15 meters only from the Mediterranean shoreline. The villa has it's own private swimming-pool, patio and barbeque. The pool with walk-in steps is directly in front the sea. The pool can be heated (at an extra charge) so can be enjoyed all year round.

There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables, and chairs around the paved terrace facing the sea. Enjoy, during your stay in the villa, amazing view of the sea and unforgettable sunsets of the romantic surroundings. The large, open-plan living-room is equipped with a log fire-place, CD music centre, satellite TV(limited channels) and tasteful furniture. Patio doors open
on out on to the terrace that has steps leading down to the pool area. The light and airy dining-room and kitchen are fully equipped. There is a large dining table and seating for 8 persons.

The master bedroom on the ground floor boasts a large Jacuzzi and has patio doors leading out to the swimming pool area. The other 2 bedrooms are set in the upper floor offering panoramic sea views from the balconies.
All three bedrooms have air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating (no extra charge). Also it has air con in the sitting area charge extra Euro 10 per night,
The villa provides HEATED POOL charge extra EURO 80 per nights,
It has also sauna on the first floor (extra charge),

Location - Paphos, Kissonerga: This villa is located on the sea front within the area of Kissonerga, which is situated between the beach resort of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos. Coral Bay is approximately 4 kilometres away whilst the harbour area of Paphos is approximately 8 kilometres away. Although Kissonerga produces citrus fruits and olives it is probably most well known for the cultivation of banana plantations, easily identified by their characteristic blue bags rustling in the breeze.Loosely separated into two communities, the coastal area of Kissonerga features several hotels, a couple of mini-markets, a growing number of shops and a small selection of eating places covering everything from meze style dining to dishes with a more international flavour.

The main beach for the Kissonerga area is the small sandy cove at Vardas Beach, only a few minutes walk from the villa, which is great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent and a small selection of watersports are available in the summer months.

Set approximately 2 kilometres inland is the residential village with a bank, chemist, two coffee shops, a small high class restaurant and a popular bar where you will find British & locals alike.

Next to this villa there is another one villa with the same architectural design and dimensions. Each one is totally independent and set in its own grounds with its own private pool.

PRICE NOTES
- Pool Heating EURO 80 per night. Please note that this is to be pre booked as the facility requires 24 hours to reach the appropriate temperature. During the winter there is no guarantee for the temperature of the pool due to changing weather conditions and cold nights.

Sauna EURO 10 per night.

- Weddings in the villas can be held all year except for July/August. The villa has to be rented for minimum 7 days. If the ceremony is being held in the villas an extra charge of EURO 1250 will occur and refundable deposit will pay of EURO 250

-Extra air con EURO 10 per day in the sitting area. Air con in the bedrooms included in the rental cost (no extra charge)
