Amazing place to stay

Excellent accommodation. Very well equipped! So great to have own pool and have it serviced every Wednesday and Saturday. Location was good although a good 10 minute walk or so to bars/restaurant's and the Beach. Good food choice at restaurants.

Very enjoyable stay at the villa very clean tidy all on one level except three steps to the bedroom area which was perfect as my wife as mobility problems , A/C was great in lounge & bedroom areas kitchen had everything we required ,outside pool area was perfect , pool was very clean & well maintained . Only downside was wifi was very intermittent & had tobe constantly reset .

Sea view and sunset

Lovely villa with a great view of the sea and coastline. Nice size garden and pool with enough sun beds for 6. Good size living area and kitchen. Enough culinary etc. Had to buy salt/pepper/oil which was fine but other villas we have stayed in provided a few staples. Overall we had a great stay here. Short walk to the main strip which had a good selection of restaurants. Really reliable bus service to Paphos. We hired a couple of cars which we were able park on the drive ,but plenty of road parking to. Would definitely recommend the villa and Cotal Bay Area for a relaxing holiday.

Great location

Good location, short walk to supermarket/shops/restaurants Villa was perfect size for 6 guests Perfect outdoor area, pool was amazing Showers could be improved slightly, some drainage issues with one. Limited basic items provided, had to buy salt/pepper, bin bags, toilet roll. Would have been a nice extra to provide these things. Very easy to organise late checkout, made our last day stress free. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Couple of minors - TV stopped working as code ran out and had to message to remind. Oven worked intermittently and cuts out completely after so long. Water pressure cuts off and have to switch off and on water pressure switch. No wine glasses, had to buy two and left at Villa. Could do with some basics like salt, kitchen cloths/scourer/oil/clingfilm/kitchen roll, all of which we left behind at the villa. However, other than that, was a lovely villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Lovely stay but a couple of issues

When turning up to the property , I entered the code and opened the key box to find no Key, I then rang the contact number and no answer, panicking a little as myself and my family were essentially stranded with nowhere to stay we thought we would try to go around the rear of the property to see if we could gain access. Thankfully the rear door was unlocked and the keys were on the dining table. After a long journey we just wanted to have a drink and get to bed, but there were no toilet rolls, milk or anything, so at 11 pm we had to try and find a store open to buy these bare essentials in order to go to the loo. My family members staying in other villas in the area and paying substantially less had a fridge full of goodies and essentials like loo roll all ready supplied at their properties. On the last day of our stay, our flight was not until 8pm and I had to pay an extra £100 just over to stay which was very annoying as I had already paid a small fortune. The Villa was nice and in a quiet area but I wasn’t impressed with the start of our stay , so would have to think twice about recommending to others
