Well appointed home with plenty of space for the whole family. Walk to the beach through the private pool area was so nice. Also great to have clean private bathrooms close to the beach to access as well! We also loved access to the Van Der Meer tennis center where we signed up for lessons each morning.

Wonderful Place!

Great accommodations! Room for the entire family to spread out. Office for occasional work, outdoor porches for reading and relaxing. Strips to uncrowded beach and pool. Books games and utensils for children a nice touch!

AMAZING!!!

This was by far my favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. The house is in the perfect location. So close to the beach and the pool. Also, close but not too close to tons of stores and restaurants. The house has so much room inside and out. Great place to spend a week on vacation.

Beautiful House by the Ocean

This house had SO much space!! Our group of 8 didn’t even use two of the bedrooms. The property was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and had a fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking easy. They had a ton of beach towels for us to use and even had an ice maker in the garage to fill coolers with! The beach was very close and easy for our almost 3 year old to get too and the pool was a huge plus! We hope to stay in this home again soon!!

Everything you could want and so much more.

This house checked every box. They had absolutely every thing included we could possibly want and so much more. The kitchen has absolutely everything and we loved all the beach toys. The porches are fantastic. We found ourselves spending every night on the balconies. I highly highly recommend this home. Thank you for a great week.

What a 2 week blur, everything was perfect our daughter got married at the Sonesta

Thumbs up to the rental company, Had one little problem, had a party on the beach a few elderly people used the bathroom and I guess a neighbor complained I assured the rental company it was only a couple people and their response was we will take care of it we want you having a good time Would definitely use this company again.

Great home and location!

106 Oceanwood Trace is a wonderful home! It's so close to the beach and pool and very quiet. There's plenty of room for families or several couples without feeling like you're on top of each other. The house was stocked with plenty of supplies for the entire week, including beach towels! There were only 2 things we didn't care for; one was the family room furniture. While it was very attractive, It was not very comfortable and had to many pillows that always ended up on the floor. (we had a 2 and 4 year old with us) Second was the dining room table, the chairs were not comfortable and hard to fit around the legs of the table. The kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental for large family

This home is a minute walk to the beach while passing the shared neighborhood pool. The owner has tastefully and thoughtfully provided a very comfortable well decorated home for guests. Best equipped kitchen in any Hilton Head rental I’ve experienced in 15 years of vacationing on the island! Pool toys beach chairs and toys beach towels blow dryers and curling irons board games Bicycles. etc. The home has a great layout and is updated to current standards with regards to bathrooms and kitchen. The large outdoor covered porch is a plus. Pool house with bathrooms Around 1 mile to Coligny Plaza. All of us appreciated the efforts put into this home. It made our family vacation so enjoyable this year. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Celebrating USMC Graduation at 106 Oceanwood Trace

Our son graduated on Friday, and we had family flying in to join us for part of the week. The house is absolutely the perfect space for couples and families to gather. The weather wasn't great, but we didn't care because the open kitchen, living, and dining room areas afforded us the opportunity to enjoy each others' company. The little office even had enough privacy to allow for my brother to get a few hours of work in while the rest of the crew socialized. We loved the outside deck and dining area, and used that when it wasn't raining. We baked and grilled often and with ease, and appreciated the wide array of plates, glassware, cutlery, spices, and kitchen gadgets. The location is outstanding, and the rental agency was quick to respond if we had any questions. Such a wonderful trip planned for a momentous occasion that was made even more special by having perfect lodging accommodations.

Yearly Family Vacation

Seaside Oaks is a perfect getaway for a family vacation! Spacious kitchen/living area, great bedrooms and baths and the decks are phenomenal! The beach is a short walk from the house and it's dog friendly. Augie thanks you for his gift bag! Our kids rode the bikes to mini golf and Pool Bar Jim's. Shopping and restaurants are located nearby. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for such a fantastic home.

Fun for the entire family.

The bedrooms, with 2 masters, a bunk room and 2 guest rooms was perfect for us. The common space was great for dining and hanging out. Our extended families were in 2 other homes next to and across the street from us. Our house was the gathering house for lunches etc. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was great to have laundry facilities. The porch/deck was roomy and had a long dining table for late night games etc. It was really great!

Va at the Beach

The property was just as described. Everything was excellent from the closeness to the beach, the clean outdoor pool, the well stocked kitchen. The open kitchen, dining area and living room was ideal for the whole family to assembly and be together. Will definitely consider for our next trip to HH.

Steps from beach, clean & roomy

Loved this property! Clean home with roomy spaces for gathering with family. Kitchen well equipped! Nice porches with room for dinner al fresco. Quiet end of beach but near enough to ride bikes (bonus - included!) to store or coffee shop via the bike path. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
