Casa Cocotero C-A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Well appointed luxury 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment located on the 13th and 14th golf holes. Large private south facing main terrace with fantastic views over the lake. Small terrace off the second bedroom, so you can choose sun or shade. Adjacent to a large communal pool.



The spacious apartment benefits from air-conditioning and heating throughout, furnished to a high standard, with an open-plan living area and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with the master having added advantage of an ensuite bathroom. Additional shared shower room.



Large patio windows from the lounge and master bedroom lead to a large terrace, with a 3 seater outdoor sofa and 2 comfy chairs, a dining table and sun loungers, which makes it a great place for relaxing in the sun or dining alfresco.



Also a BBQ which is an electric George Forman outside BBQ.



The large, delightful communal pool is just a few short steps away.



The resort facilities including a padel tennis courts, supermarket, restaurants and spa hotel are a short walk away and close to here is the El Boulevard with many restaurants, bars and shops. 10 minutes drive to the beach.



Option to have 2 singles or a double bed in both bedrooms.

Vacaciones de verano de una familia francesa en Casa Cocotero

Pasamos unas vacaciones en familia muy agradables . La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda. La terraza está bien orientada y las vistas al lago artificial y al campo de golf son muy agradables. El entorno es tranquilo y relajante, incluso la piscina. Toda la familia disfrutó de estas vacaciones y, sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos aquí. El resort está bien ubicado, no lejos de Los Alcazares y de sus playas del Mar Menor, así como las de Pilar de la Horadada con su bandera azul. Murcia para visitar no está lejos tampoco... La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y la agencia respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras solicitudes. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en las que desconectamos por completo: era justo lo que queríamos. No pudimos utilizar la televisión (los canales internacionales) a través de IPTV porque no había instrucciones ni códigos indicados, no estaba muy claro. La mejora que podría hacer es que debería explicarse mejor con instrucciones escritas claras. También, el caudal de agua de las duchas era muy bajo, pero no creemos que fuera culpa del apartamento. Para terminar, se podrían añadir dos objetos: una escoba y una centrifugadora de lechuga.

Bel appartement bien équipé avec parking souterrain clos. Notre hôte a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Logement conforme aux photos. Le resort est très agréable. Il y a même deux vélos à disposition.
