Here is a stunning 2 bedroom Penthouse apartment with a South facing terrace overlooking the signature golf course on 13/14th tee and the lake.



The accommodation is equipped with: free internet (Wi-Fi), balcony/terrace, garden furniture, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, off street parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Norwegian etc.)



In the kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The Resort



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.



Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a further range of restaurants on the Boulevard.



Also just 8 mins drive to Los Alcazares – with beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants



The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.



Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14c and maximum temperatures between 20-22c in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20c minimum and between 30-40c maximum. The average annual temperature is 18c.



The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.

Lovely holiday

The apartment was nice and staff were excellent. You will need to rent a car to get around the complex as it’s huge. You need to improve the cleanliness as there were lots of ants coming out of the bathroom floor. Need to advertise how far away the apartment is to the local facilities as it’s a good 40 minute walk just to the shop.

Lovely apartment in mat menor 2

We stayed in the appartment for 10days.With few hiccups to beginning with most of our stay was lovely.Communication with our host was very good and she did her best to fix all the issues and support us with what every questions we’ve had.Appartment was equipped with most needed items but also had lost of randome its and bits everywhere so we had to make sure we don’t misplace things by accident.Dishwasher in the kitchen would be good bonus but we managed ok without.Overall I recommend the host and this apartment.

Spacious apartment with everything you need to stay. Very good views from the terrace, which is by the way quite large and cozy. The host and the contact with good reception, responding quickly to our needs The only thing is that we were 6 guests and the apartment had been prepared for 4. The accommodation was clean and well appointed. The local facilities are excellent. The Double bed was small and uncomfortable. It slopes inwards towards the middle and needs replacing.

The property was as depicted and and had a lovely sunny balcony. Very clean on arrival. The apartment was comfortable but we felt new pillows were needed and also if there had been 4 people a dishwasher would be useful. The tv was a little erratic as signal kept disappearing but we weren’t there to watch tv plus couldn’t use air conditioning if we had wanted to as no remotes to be found. Fortunately we were able to leave patio doors open as no sign of fliesmosquitos. We enjoyed our short break and the apartment and would recommend it.

Great resort for families, who prefer a pool holiday instead of a beach holiday.

The close proximity of the pool to the apartment. The security of the resort. The views from the apartment. Easy washing machine. The shop in the resort. Better kitchenware (small bowls for kids' cereals, cooking knife, egg cups, etc.) More activities at the resort.
