Character house of 160 m2 located in the Regional Park Reserve of the Bauges, facing Semnoz ideal for 4-7 people.
Surrounded by a wooded and maintained a hectare, you will find peace and tranquility.
The interior consists of a master suite with balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a mezzanine with a bed and TV, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with stone fireplace.
A large terrace hosts devoted to meals and various games for children.
The unit is very clean and equipped.
House under alarm managed by private company.
Large parking. 20m2 dependency is available for bikes, garden tables, barbecue etc .....
This place is exceptional given its geographical situation: Either you ski resort 15 minutes from the house or you are at the edge of Lake Annecy in 10 minutes. Cross-country skiing practice directly from the house.)

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine de noël en famille, avec enfants et petites filles très agréable. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. La maison est très accueillante, confortable, bien équipée, propre... bref, parfait pour passer d’excellents moments. Grandes balades à faire à proximité, pratique avec des enfants qui disposent d'un immense terrain pour jouer et courir.

Au coeur de la montagne

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, nous avons aussi apprécier le cadre extérieur, les descentes en luge, la tranquillité. Le col du Semnoz est à 20 min en voiture. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil sympathique.

Un excellent séjour

Une maison pleine de charme et très bien entretenue en plein cœur de la montagne. De très belles randonnées à découvrir à proximité et l'on peut rejoindre Annecy en 20 minutes. Les enfants ont adoré le vaste terrain et l'on peut les surveiller tranquillement depuis la terrasse. De plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable et très bien entrenue. Maison isolée ce qui fait le charme des vacances à la montagne . Superbe terrain sur lequel les enfants peuvent jouer à l'abris de la route. Jolies balades à faire aux alentours. Accès au semnoz en 15-20mn. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli, ce qui ne gâche rien au séjour!
