Beautiful escape right on the water

The villa is developed on two floors: on the groundfloor there is a spacious livingroom with windows that open up directly on the garden facing the lake, furnished with confortable sofas and a dinner table for 7 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 4 bedrooms.
There are two bedrooms with one double bed each, one with two single beds and the last one with one single bed.
On the lower floor, reachable with a staircase, there is a big open space with a fireplace in the middle, with sofas and carpets. A place where the guests can relax and enjoy themself in the evening or escape the external heat during the hottest days. An other bathroom with shower is located on this floor.
A wide garden surrounds the property, it slops down directly to the lakefront where a private jetty is located. In the back of the villa there is a big barbecue installed inside a rock walls.
Free wifi is present through out the villa.
At the entrance there is enough space to accomodate 3 cars.
