Church Walk Farm
A Beautiful large Farm House set in a rural village on private land. Church Walk farm makes a perfect stay for families and friends looking for somewhere to switch off and relax. As you enter the village you will pass the Globe Inn, the local pub a stones throw away. Measham Village and Cattows Farm a short drive away.
Church Walk Farm is a large Farm House which accommodates up to 9 people over 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, which has been recently renovated but still shows its traditional features. Along with a large garden, patio and park directly next door, including children's play area with canal access.
There are two living spaces one of which is a former reading room which was owned by the local church, which boasts the original exposed wooden beams and tall ceilings. This has now been transformed into an entertainment/games room. This includes a **freestanding bar** and **pool table**. Both the living room and entertainment room have NETLFIX and SKY. Alternatively, there is a separate landing area above the entertainment room where you can unwind.
You are welcome to use the fireplace and two log burners throughout the property. We will supply a portion of wood however, if you require more wood you will need to source this yourself.
The well equipped kitchen has a traditional cottage feel including an original AGA available for use. This leads into a utility area which has a newly fitted oven, hob and wine chiller.
The 10 seat dining area is the heartbeat of the property which brings together the living spaces, kitchen and upstairs bedroom. A office is also located downstairs.
We offer two large master bedrooms with super king beds and En-suite bathrooms. One located downstairs and other upstairs.

A family bathroom upstairs, which serves the double and single bedrooms and a small toilet with shower can be located downstairs between the kitchen and dining area.
Garden -
A spacious garden with an 8 seat furniture set. The garden can be accessed by the lounge, downstairs master and games room. A chimenea is available for use. We will supply enough wood for your stay however, if you require more wood you will need to supply this yourself.
Parking -
Private gated driveway, enough room for 4 cars. Off road parking nearby.

The Globe Inn Pub - Situated across the road from Church Walk farm. Lunch, Al a Carte, takeaway pizza and a range of cask ales and other beverages available.
Bens Kitchen at The Old Crown Inn Snarestone - Located at the top of Snarestone Village is The Old Crown Inn which serves incredible food.
Gopsall Hall Farm - Located in Atherstone, 2.7 miles/6 minute drive away. A fantastic "farm pub" with outdoor seating, live music and street food. Open from April onwards on Saturdays. Please check their social media/ website for opening times/event information.
Turpins Bar & Grill - Located in Twycross 3 miles away/5 minute drive.
The Rising Sun - Traditional village pub located in Shackerstone. Outdoor seating which is great in the summer.4 miles away/ 8 minute drive.
Essentially Floral Florist and Cafe - Located in Jubilee Business Park 1.6 Miles/3 Minutes away.
Cattows Farm - A local farm with a Tea Room and Farm Shop. You can also pick your own strawberries, blackcurrants, pumpkins and sunflowers.
Measham Carboot - Every Sunday and bank holiday Monday, weather permitting. 1.8 Miles/3 Minutes away.
Twycross Zoo – Twycross Zoo is 4 miles/7 mins from Snarestone Village.
Conkers - Family-friendly centre in the National Forest with play areas, discovery zones and an amphitheatre - 6 Miles/13 mins away.
Champney’s Spa and Hotel - 3 miles/7 mins away.
Drayton Manor - Theme Park is 15 miles/27 mins away.

Annual meetup
The accommodation was perfect and we were lucky enough to come across a music festival whilst out hiking. The landlord of the pub across the road was very welcoming which added to our enjoyment. The house is near to the canal which is great for sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Property for the Whole Family
Stayed at Church Walk Farm for the weekend of my wedding with my family and it was fantastic. My mum and dad loved it as it suited their needs. My brother and his young family really enjoyed the games room/living room and the brilliant location of being next to the park. I have nothing bad to say about this property and Campbell was incredibly responsive to any queries I had. Thank you Campbell for such a wonderful stay.

Relaxing short break
The property was ideal for a long weekend we had planned with friends, situated in front of a footpath that led to the park & lovely canel walk. The pool table was a great hit. There some maintenance that needed doing while we at the house which was dealt with by the host very efficiently. There a few cleanliness issues we had to raise with the hosts and they responded immediately to assure us they would be addressed with the cleaners. Overall we had a great time in a lovely village & would definitely stay there again

Winter break
The property is in excellent condition, I would recommend family event like birthday or even relaxing holiday. Even in this cold weather we had a great time visiting village pubs, which catered home cooked food. Visited Tamworth, Measham nice little towns. The accommodation has got all the amenities to enjoy your stay. My husband and my daughter enjoyed playing pool and I enjoyed the peace serenity of the place.
