VILLA ALEGRIA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA

Holiday home Villa Alegria with private pool on the Costa Blanca is located in the quiet residential area of ​​San Jaime. With both Calpe and Moraira a short drive away, you have plenty of liveliness in the area. The Belgian owners have thoroughly renovated the living room, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and garden. From the villa you can walk straight onto the lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private pool and enjoy the view over the green surroundings. An afternoon at the beach or a bite to eat in a restaurant and then back to the privacy of your villa.



With a large family, multiple families or is the house fully booked in the period you want? Casa Oliva, Villa Alegria, Villa Alexandra and Casa de las Ranas are located in the same street (next to and opposite each other)!. For example, you have your own holiday home per family, but you are only a few steps away from each other.



LAYOUT VILLA ALEGRIA

You enter the villa in the modernly furnished living room with dining area. There is a comfortable sitting area and satellite TV with Belgian Canal Digitaal. All Belgian channels are available there, as well as NPO 1, 2, and 3(Netherlands). If you have a TV app, you can stream to your TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A lot of light enters the villa, which gives a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory, which can be closed off by a glass door. From the conservatory you walk onto the terrace to the garden with private swimming pool.



The villa has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms (2025), both with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a central air conditioning system that provides all places in the house with cold and warm air. But there is also a pellet stove .



OUTSIDE AT VILLA ALEGRIA

In front of this villa with private pool on the Costa Blanca there is a spacious driveway where you can park your car, the grounds are completely fenced. Outside you will find the renovated pool terrace with anti-slip tiles around the pool and an outdoor shower. The pool is 4 x 8 meters, the depth goes from 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern canopy. The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content. On the side of Villa Alegria there is a nice lounge set. In a separate room outside the house, you will find the washing machine and dryer.

Special features

- Minimum stay of 7 nights.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. - In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must connect to previous/following bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Pets are not allowed.



VRBO

If you book via the VRBO portal, the following costs must still be paid in cash on site. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made: € 275



Deposit

A deposit of € 250,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. There will be no reminder.



In order to manage the settlement of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing guarantees via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Debit will only take place in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.



STAY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS

Villa Alegria is suitable for stays in winter. Winter rentals apply from November 1 to March 31. The house is heated by air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room. A bag of pellet pellets can be purchased in the area for approximately €9 per bag. During the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included; additional consumption (based on meter readings) will be charged at €0.40 per kWh. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks within the period from November 1 to March 31. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation fees, calamity fund, and SGR guarantee. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
