Located just 7 minutes from downtown McMinnville, this beautiful property blends rural charm with every modern convenience. It features three comfortable bedrooms and ample space to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, with the capacity to host up to ten people thanks to a queen-sized air mattress available on-site.

Inside, you’ll discover a warm, spacious, and stylish atmosphere: a bright living room with a 65” Smart TV, and an incredible coffee station that coffee lovers are sure to adore. Additionally, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi and a private workspace—ideal for those visiting the area for business purposes.

The style of the house is modern, high ceilings, lights on the ceiling, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, you will not have allergy problems, there is no carpet, fully equipped open-concept kitchen and you have everything you need for family, friends or team cooking!

The outdoor space is designed for enjoyment and creating unforgettable memories. Relax in the spacious yard, complete with a fire pit area and BBQ grill, while the children have fun on the swing set, in the playhouse, or on the private mini-golf course. (We also provide a crib, playpen, stroller, and much more to ensure the comfort of our youngest guests, for children under three years of age .)

House was moderatly clean. The bathroom door was locked upon arrival and the host asked us to jimmy the lock, the grass was overgrown and she refused to have it cut, the coffee pot was broken. She did at least send a new coffee pot. The beds and sofa were very uncomfortable. The space claims it will hold 11, but the max would be 8 for sure.

When we were notified that the coffee maker was not working, we immediately provided a replacement. Regarding the bathroom door, as I was approximately two hours away, I suggested trying the interior lock as a quicker solution. Fortunately, the door was opened just a few minutes later. Had that not worked, I would have arranged assistance to resolve the issue. Regarding the lawn, it had been professionally maintained just three days before the stay, and I shared a video showing that it had recently been cut. We will continue to closely monitor the exterior maintenance. The home’s sleeping arrangements and maximum occupancy are clearly detailed in the listing, including the available beds, an additional mattress, and a crib for young children. We will review the listing again to make sure this information is as clear as possible. Finally, although the concerns regarding cleanliness and furniture comfort were not brought to our attention during the stay, we take them seriously and will review these areas with our team to help improve the experience for future guests. We had a great stay! The home was nice, the host was friendly, and it was perfect for a short stay while we were in town attending a wedding. We really appreciated that it was dog-friendly.What would have made it even better is if the entire backyard had been fenced in, as that would have made it easier for our dogs to enjoy the outdoor space and more convenient for us.Our only suggestion would be to mow the lawn before guests arrive, especially when guests are bringing their dogs and will be utilizing the yard.Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Communication with Yenifer was excellent and she was very responsive. Me and my family were in a rush leaving Saturday afternoon for a wedding and we accidentally locked the keys in the house. Yenifer was very kind and understanding of the situation. She was able to leave an extra set of keys in the lockbox so that I did not have to leave my niece’s wedding and she communicated very timely with me once I discovered what had happened. The house was very clean and the home was accurately described on the VRBO site. Great value for the rental price.

The host Yenifer was outstanding. The house was very nice and the price was great. The house was pretty clean but the ceiling fans could use to be cleaned they were pretty dusty. All in all It was a great trip and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the memories!

This was the perfect house for my husband and I to have a relaxing reset from stressful jobs. Out in the country but close to the downtown. Sitting on the back porch looking at the view was so peaceful and to our surprise sitting on the front porch we not only had views of the horses across the street we also got to see the Amish buggies trotting by. This house and our trip was exact what we needed. The hosts were great and always attentive to our needs. Everything you need is at your fingertips. It’s a great place to stay for a relaxing break. We will be back for sure!

My family and I booked the home to get a night’s rest on our road trip, the property was accurately listed, the host was very accommodating and answered any questions or concerns. Getting to the home and accessing the property was extremely easy, everyone slept like babies including our little pup. My family and I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home for others.

Family Reunion

We were in town for a family reunion and this was a great option for us. The house is newer and adorable. There was a TV in the living room for the kids. Beds were comfortable and two full bathrooms was nice. Additionally, I was able to do laundry, which was a big help. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy house

We stayed for a week. It was my mom and sister and our kids (6 people). The house is very comfortable and cozy. We liked it! There is a limited supply of daily essentials, so make sure to bring your own paper products. There was an ant problem in the kitchen and living room by the front door.

TN Family Trip

Family trip from CA, 5 of us ages 18-83 stayed 12 days. Nice place to stay, had plenty of room. This is our first time renting through VRBO, learned a lot from the experience. Would not recommend for persons with mobility issues, stairs at front and back, unable to get mom in shower over tub side and no grab bar to hold kind of slippery tub bottom. Again very nice, appears new home, had a little issue checking in but Yenifer was very quick to reply. Thank you for a nice place.

House is nice, but

Overall, it’s good! We had a few hiccups in our stay, but the house is great. We arrived later than planned on the first day, thankfully because the water to the house was shut off. No shower, no sink, and no flushing toilets. I messaged the host, who did not respond to my messages, but I was able to get in touch by calling. She couldn’t do anything about the issue until the next morning, but it was fixed first thing. Other times I reached out to the host, she was not quick to respond, but she messaged having a family emergency. The dishwasher was also not working. Those issues aside, the house was great. It was exactly what we needed. I would choose to stay again if needed.

The property is located 7 minutes from the main street of the town, but it is immersed in the middle of the countryside, while going home you can see large crops, flower plantations and trees, in fact McMinville is called the nursery capital of the world, seeing horses, cows, sheep is something exciting, I can't describe how good it feels to be there breathing fresh air and seeing the stars!

From the property, I can see how the Amish still widely use horse-drawn wagons as their primary mode of transportation. This practice is a fundamental part of their culture and a visible representation of their commitment to a simpler lifestyle!
