This spectacular apartment, which is part of our luxury collection, includes a dining terrace, 5 pools, a water park and a restaurant. Located in our Benal Beach Complex.



This recently modernized apartment can accommodate 4 people and is complemented by a large corner terrace facing southeast with the most impressive views of Benalmádena beach. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sunlight while enjoying the spectacular coastal views.

A few steps from the bedroom is a spacious bathroom recently modernized equipped with a shower and spacious bathtub ideal for your toiletries, etc.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.



PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to the community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.



Tourist options in Benalmádena:



- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a shark conservation and protection center inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.



- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Habitat - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin Habitat in Andalusia.



It is 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: The Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the complex.

Nice little apartment, no need to use a lift

Nice little apartment, cleanliness was good but nets around doors needed. Bit of a clean. More towels, no beach towels, but we had our own. You do have to clean towels or sheets yourself as it is private accommodation and there is a small washing machine in the bathroom. Maybe a few cleaning products to be left for those that like to clean up during the stay. a bit Nice big tv in the living room area and tv in the bedroom. A welcome pack would be nice to read of what’s available in Benal beach, Wi-Fi passwords, info of the area etc. just a little thing. 2 balconies 1 overlooking the pool which is a large pool area with slides . We would stay again as low level and walking distance to everything

Lovely Location!

Lovely location with large swimming pools that requires modernisation! The apartment was basic & missing many items. Safety was an issue as there was no battery in the smoke alarm & the toaster kept tripping the electric! We had no response after contacting Benalcoast Properties 3 times so we gave up & just enjoyed our time. Good location for restaurants, shops & beach. Also a lovely park opposite hotel.
