Golf Resort Stay

Stayed at the house with my partner, 2 year old and 3 year old boys. The place is amazing, got everything you need. Check in from Janet was seamless. This is our second time staying here and we are looking forward to our 3rd.

We had a superb couple of weeks stay here. The property has everything that you could ask for, the A/C in the bedrooms was so welcome. The pool area is ideal, large clean pool and so often we had it to ourselves. Janet was there to meet us on arrival and even gave us a lift to the Mercadona as it was 8pm when we arrived. (Thank you Janet). We will be returning in 2026 for sure.

Vacation Bliss

Lovely villa, nice quiet location not too far away from the restaurants. Really lovely stay, the villa had fabulous big terraces front and back and was located conveniently for the pool. The villa was very well equipt with a lot of additional extras, such as books, games, beach/pool toys. Would definitely book again Janet and Kurt were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble !

Great property, a bit farther away from the beach than we hoped.

The house is great, very convenient with everything you may need during your stay. The beach is great but it is a bit further than we hoped. Area is wonderful. Host is great.

Home from home

Lovely villa. Great facilities and loved the front and back terrace. Very relaxing and peaceful setting. Really nice bars and restaurants nearby. Quite a distance from the main action (squares and marina) but simple bus journey or short taxi ride. Great short break.

Excellent property

Nice property in a good location.You need to be walk to local amenities and bus.Didn't put us off though.Nice pool and very close to property.Lots of space and plenty of sunbeds front and back.Good view of the golf course at the back.

Spacey property, clean with wide terrace at the back. Overlooking the golf field. Convenient location with nearby beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Easy and friendly communication with property managers.

FANTASTIC!

This villa is superb. Very well appointed & spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for families. The location is ideal, 5 min walk to the beach and bus stop. Plenty of places to eat with a large supermarket nearby. The gardens are very well cared for with a brilliant pool which is never busy. We would highly recommend!!!

Great family holiday

It was great. Pool was often just us. We had winds which stopped us using bbq but made us eat out more! It was like home from home, everything you needed. Beach nice and close. Nice cafe with park for kids at the top of the road. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic property. Spacious and clean. Everything you need there. Pool area lovely and had to ourselves some days. Janet the housekeeper was brilliant and so helpful. Lovely beach cove 5 minute walk away. Great holiday.

Perfect location - away from touristic areas.

A perfect location in our opinion - nice and quiet well away from the most touristic areas. Easy to catch a bus to lots of restaurants and shops. Nearby spanish super market with lots of good offers and very nice meat for the grill. The pool is good size and never crowded during our two weeks stay. The house was spacy for the 5 of us with two good patios and fully equiped kitchen. We would certainly recommend this appartment and would very much like to return one day.

Lovely House

We have just had 3 wonderful days in Benalmadena. Everything in the House was so fine. Also communication before our stay with Martin - and on arrival Janet. She had put out the sunbeds in front of the House - ready to use. We are already planning our next girls-on-tour trip to this lovely spot again.

Everything that we needed

A great property a little way out of Benalmedina with its own pool on site. Great communication with the owners and the property manager could not have been more helpful. There is a supermarket within walking distance but it is quite up and down especially when carrying shopping back (there is a little trolly provided). All in all a bit of a home away from home as almost everything you need is there.

Beautiful family home

We’ve just returned, 3 adults and 2 children. The property was a home from home, it had all you needed and the communal pool was a huge hit. It was a lovely quiet area so we had the pool to ourselves a lot and that entertained the kids all day long! The views of the golf course are incredible. It’s just a short stroll to the local supermarket mainly uphill so not for the faint hearted but we enjoyed walking up there every morning for a nice fresh baguette. There’s a lovely local bar nearby with a park adjacent so lovely for the kids to play and adults to chill, and super cheap. Communication from the Uk was always very quick and upon arrival we got a message from Janet who welcomed us at the house. It’s a short stroll to the beach and a short bus ride into the hustle and bustle. Great location and beautiful home! We will miss those views until next time! We would definitely go back and stay here!! Smiles all round :)

Simply Superb

This is a smart house on an excellent ,friendly, secure and quiet development. Unlike many Spanish developments, the pool ( which is a 30 second walk over from the house) stays open all year which is a bonus. Supremely comfortable double bed ( in a large master bedroom suite) and from what we could tell, the singles were too. The house is very well equipped and cosy and the showers are hot and powerful. We cooked in on a couple of nights and, if so inclined, you can watch and record UK TV channels, we imagine the comfortable lounge with its fireplace is very cosy in cooler months. There are two huge and well furnished terraces, so you can get either sun or plentiful shade all day long. The rear terrace has lovely views directly over Torrequebrada golf course. The front terrace is not overlooked..There are some really good restaurants within a 15-20 minute stroll and bus stops (serving towns to Malaga and Fuengirola) are 5 minutes walk away. You can also get a bus up to Benalmadena Pueblo outside the development .There is an allotted parking space if you have a car. Janet the house manager is a great communicator and really friendly. The house was spotlessly keen and she went out of her way to allow us to check in earlier than the scheduled time. We have stayed in Benalmedena many, many times now and this will now be the place we stay in future.

Perfect Holiday

On arrival we were greeted by Janet who showed us around the villa and explained the facilities to us. Janet was lovely and friendly and said that we could contact her if we needed any help during our stay. There were five of us staying, 4 adults and one 5 year Two good sized single bedrooms, each with two very comfy single beds and large wardrobe. Master bedroom had an en-suite and a small balcony overlooking the Torrequebrada golf course and large king size bed. There was also a family bathroom upstairs - both had baths with very good showers over them. Plenty of towels provided. Downstairs there was a large lounge area, fully equipped with tv, music centre, DVD etc . Loads of tapes and CDs and Netflix available. Wi-Fi very good. Large dining area and good, fully equipped kitchen. To the front of the property there was a large patio area with dining table and three sun loungers. It was literally a hop, skip and a jump to the communal pool which was ideal for both adults and children and was never busy. To the rear of the property an even larger sun terrace with three piece outdoor seating and a massive dining table and fixed bbq - all overlooking the beautiful golf course. Perfect location, near to local beach (5 minute walk)restaurants and excellent transport facilities. Torrequebrada is a great location as not over busy but has all you need and bus at bottom of hill takes you to Benalmadena centre and harbour in 5-10 mins for €1.55 We will definitely go back. Thank you.

Très belle maison, bien équipée et très confortable. Le cadre est magnifique, maison dans une résidence privée, au calme, entourée par le golf de Benalbedana. Voisins discrets, mer à proximité. Tout est là pour passer un agréable séjour.

Wonderful property owned and managed by wonderful people.

Lovely private location with the pool and beautiful gardens really well maintained. The villa itself really did live up to the expectations after reading other wonderful reviews. It’s large, spacious and supplied with everything you could possibly wish for. We were welcomed and made to feel completely at home by the lovely Janet who just couldn’t do enough to help us. A genuinely fabulous, caring person. The swimming pool is a beautiful little oasis that we all loved and there were never more than a few other people using it apart from ourselves. We were impressed that Martin, the owner, didn’t add extra charges for the upstairs air conditioning which was greatly appreciated in the searing hot days we spent there. Communication with Martin, as with Janet, was an immediate response to a question. You always feel at all times that your comfort and enjoyment is of paramount importance to him. All of the six in our party had suffered recent bereavements so to have made the right choice for our week’s holiday was special to us - and we really did make a fantastic choice with this villa. I highly recommend you book this property… you won’t regret it!
