Garage: 1 shower cabin for beach returns, 1 freezer, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, 2/3 bikes, equipment for fishing on foot, pétanque balls .....

In total, the house has 11 beds (+ 1 on the landing), 5 bedrooms, 4 on the 1st floor, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate, also a shower in the garage for beach returns in summer.

Many beaches all around:
Beach in front of the house with direct access allowing young children to play sand and at high tide a peaceful swim.
At the tip of Pen-Bé, 250 m away there are several charming little beaches.
And finally, in the surroundings, if you take the car, you have a large choice of beautiful and large beaches.
Many rocks for shore fishing. A hiking path runs along the house (GR 34) and will lead you all along the coast where towards the salt marshes of Guérande and for the bravest towards the marshes of the great Brière.
You will have at your disposal 2 to 3 bicycles and will thus be able to make very nice bike rides on the many cycle paths in the region.
At 3 km the beach of Pont-Mahé is very famous for kitesurfing with the possibility of taking lessons. In bad weather and at high tide, this is an extraordinary spectacle where Kitesurf and windsurfers mix, it is a must see.
7 km away, in Penestin and more precisely at Poudrantais beach, there is a sailing school for young and old with the possibility of renting a catamaran.
For golfers, 3 golf courses nearby: Saint André des Eaux (La Baule), Guérande and La Bretesche.
You are 20 km from La Baule with its beaches, casino and thalassotherapy, 15 km from Guérande with its medieval town, on the edge of La Brière with its bird reserves ...... La Roche Bernard, le barrage d 'Arzal and its marina ........ The Croisic aquarium, the Branféré zoo at 22 km, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan at 50 km ........
