This is a large and typical Sardinia villa that has just been restored. You will find a large Mediterranean garden of 1300 square meters, swimming pool, solarium, indoor parking space, 100 meters from the shoreline, in a minute you are at the beach.
You will be our only guests, (the more the merrier).
You will have exclusive use of the entire upper floor (100sqm), with unparalleled sea view, from the covered terrace attached to the Suite (20sqm) and the Suite itself (20sqm) and two other double bedrooms, one of which is quadruple, large hallway, master bathroom. You will also have access to all other common areas (pool, garden, porch....) from which to admire the Gulf of Palmas. On the covered terrace there is a kitchen. You can then enjoy the intimacy of your family or visit restaurants as you wish.You can then freely experience family intimacy or frequent restaurants and clubs in the area or on the island.
At your disposal in the pool there are sun beds, sun umbrella, sun chairs, a table and chairs.
The owners have personally carried out the restoration of this villa, respecting its origins, through (organic) green building and feng-shui. The latter under the guidance of Arc. Silvia Archetti Voltolini, owner of the “ La Porta del Sole” studio in Brescia*. The furniture was made of solid wood, natural wood without any treatment; the three double beds do not contain a single screw or nail.
All you have to do is relax, we will take care of the rest.

There is no wifi. Phone and internet coverage in the area is 4G.
In case of bad weather, on request, We also share our own kitchen and livingroom.
The whirlpool area is embedded in the pool and it is at the same temperature.
