• 'Evangelismos' metro station is only 600 meters away - you can arrive here directly from the airport.

THE SPACE:
Welcome to Athena B&B! The studio was fully renovated recently, featuring high-quality furniture and a modern look and feel. Reasons to stay here:
• Double bed (size 140x200 cm) with sleep system of the highest quality from Greco Strom
• Fitted kitchen with built-in appliances (induction cooktop, multi-function oven, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules)
• Dedicated workspace with Ethernet connectivity
• Samsung 43" QLED Smart TV with Netflix app installed (Netflix account not included)
• Super-fast internet connection (fibre), at 100 Mbps
• Split AC unit for efficient cooling/heating

The studio is on the 3rd floor of a residential building (with an elevator), located in a very quiet and safe area of Kolonaki, a stone's throw away from the footpath to Lycabettus hilltop.
Whether you are in Athens for business or leisure, Athena B&B is ready to welcome you!
GUEST ACCESS:
• You will have access to the entire flat, except for the upper kitchen cabinets where we store supplies used by our professional cleaners.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
• The unit is located at a relatively high elevation (due to Lycabettus hill) - walking up to the unit from "Evangelismos" metro station means you will have to either climb up many steps (if you choose to follow Marasli str.) or walk up an inclined road (Aristodimou str.).
• For more information on the exact location, please check the map before making a booking.
• Due to the relatively high elevation, water pressure in the shower might be lower than usual.
• For every booking, one of the guests must be an adult (age 18+).
• Private transfer from/to the Airport, Port or the intercity bus station (extra fee applies)

It is an excellent base for exploring Athens’ monuments, museums, and sights, all easily reachable on foot or by public transport. In the area you will also find countless shopping, dining and entertainment options, catering to every taste. For the best view of Athens head to Lycabettus hill – you can either take the footpath (1 minute away from home) or catch the funicular (3 minutes walk from home); when you reach the top, you will find the whitewashed Saint George church, as well as a restaurant and a cafeteria.
• On a typical day, start walking towards Kolonaki Sq. where you will find an abundance of cafés and restaurants that can satisfy every craving, then proceed downhill towards the National Garden for a lovely stroll that will take you to Syntagma square; there you can watch the ceremonial change of guards every couple hours, then walk towards nearby Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki – or why not, catch a tram to the fabulous Athenian Riviera.
