Hidden gem

Beautiful little apartment in a great area, super walkable and close to metro and popular areas. Host was great with communication for finding this hidden gem apartment and it even had a sneaky view of the Acropolis lit up at night. 10 out of 10, would recommend and stay again next time in Athens!

Great location

Within 10 min walking to almost of the areas we visited. The place was clean and very accurate to the pictures. Big plus was that there was an elevator so no having to lug your suitcases up the stairs! Great deal for the price!

Great property in great location! One suggestion… we have 2 moms and 2 teen daughters with only on mirror in the property. We made due but another mirror or 2 for getting ready would have been an added bonus. We loved out stay and Maria was an excellent host!!

Great Spot

Stayed for a weekend. Easy entry and very communicative host Maria was great! This apartment is a fantastic home base for everything fun there is in Athens. Plenty of great restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk.

Perfect location!

This apartment is in an ideal location for walking to anything in the city center. So comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. Maria was so helpful and communicative. Thank you!

Great apartment

Good sized apartment for a family of four (2 adults, 1 child 14yo, 1 child 12yo). The children stayed on the fold out couch, which was comfortable for them. Good location with easy access to all the sights. Great local restaurant down the street. Air conditioner worked well.Easy access to the apartment from both lift or stairs.

Incredible Space. Fabulous location!!

My family of four could not have been more excited about our stay in Athens last month. Our top floor apartment, with balcony, I might add that looked out with a view of the Acropolis, was perfect. Very comfortable for two adults and two kids. The location was outstanding and was also surprisingly very quiet when we needed it to be. If I’m back in Athens. I will be reaching out to stay again for sure. Thank you!

Perfect location for exploring Athens

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maria’s apartment in Syntagma. It was close to everything we needed…restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Maria kept the communication lines open, and responded to all our messages promptly. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Great stay

This cozy space was perfect for my 2 teen daughters and myself for our stay in Athens. Communication with Maria was easy and she was responsive and accomodating. The space was very clean and the location was extremely convenient! Highly recommended!

Perfect location

Apartment was clean and comfortable and easy to go back to during the day for a short break. Check in instructions were clear.Very close to the markets and sites. Restaurants and shops are plentiful. Would recommend.

Loved Athens!

Athens was amazing, and Maria's apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean and decorated so cute. It was large enough to spread out suitcases and feel at home. It was perfect for our 4 day stay prior to leaving for a cruise. The location is PERFECT and we walked everywhere around the city.

Maria is a fantastic host, extremely helpful and always responds very quickly to any requests for information or advice. This is a great apartment, so don't be put off by the rather shabby entrance hall/lift. It's clean and tidy and very well equipped but we didn't eat in once as we were only staying for 2 nights. The sofa bed if you require it is huge - my teenagers were very comfortable. It is in an ideal location, minutes away from all the main sites. We loved the buzz of Plaka, great restaurants virtually on the doorstep and Maria's recommendations were excellent. Thanks Maria, great apartment and charming host :-))) Lucy xx

Great place, great location

We had a fantastic time during our trip to Athens! Maria was the most gracious host and was very attentive. She went out of her way to make our stay amazing! The apartment was ideally located, close to restaurants, shopping and sights! Overall it was a perfect vacation rental!

Best Ever!!

We had the most amazing time in Athens! This apartment was literally perfect, it was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit and had all the amenities of home. Maria was so kind and so helpful; we reached out to her several times with questions during our stay and she always replied back quickly! Wonderful location!

This apartment is in a wonderful location, easy walking distance to shops, tavernas, the Acropolis, and nightlife! (Which never stops! A sound machine would be a great addition :) The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and so comfortable. There were three of us staying for three nights and it was perfect! Maria gave us plenty of recommendations as far as breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and shopping spots. They were all spot on! We will definitley be returning to Athens, and to 'Maria's place'! Just awesome!

A very nice apartment ideally located close to all sights in central Athens

My wife and I spent 5 nights recently in Maria's lovely apartment. The photos show the apartment accurately and Maria is a kind and very attentive host, responding quickly to emails and providing lots of helpful tips for things to do and see, the locations of grocery stores, how to take the metro or bus from the airport, etc. She even has a locker available to receive luggage if you arrive before check-in time - a great help! The apartment was very clean with excellent water pressure and speedy, easy to use, WiFi. Several English news channels were available on the TV. The master bed was very comfortable with ample cupboard space and our daughter who stayed a couple of days was happy with the fold-out bed in the living room. The balcony with table and two chairs was a delightful bonus and I enjoyed my coffee out there most mornings. The kitchen had everything you need including large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There was a very good hotplate with two elements but I didn't see an oven. The location is perfect on busy Kolokotroni Street with the pedestrianized Plaka and Monastiraki just 5-7 min away and about a 15 min walk to the Acropolis. Given the location it is a bit noisy at night so light sleepers might consider packing earplugs but this is common for most apartments in the area. The entry lobby is a bit dingy although we felt perfectly safe and the elevator worked very well. All in all an excellent experience. Many thanks Maria!

Bellissimo appartamento nel centro di Atene

Ho soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento per tre notti. E' pienamente conforme a quanto si vede nelle fotografie, anzi ancora più bello. Pulito in modo impeccabile, elegante, arredato con molto buon gusto, funzionale (in particolare la cucina ben fornita di pentole e utensili), silenzioso, centralissimo, perfetto per chi, come me, ama girare la città a piedi. Si trova in una strada collegata con tutte le principali attrattive della città, siti archeologici e musei. La zona in cui è ubicato è allegra, calorosa e giovanile, piena di negozi, bar, caffetterie, ristoranti, e a due passi dal mercato centrale. La proprietaria, Maria, è una splendida persona di squisita cortesia, pronta a darvi ogni informazione con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Mi sono trovata benissimo, davvero come a casa. Consigliatissimo.
