Luxury apartment located next to the Place du Forum in a 15th century house renovated to a high specification. Accommodation is situated over 60 m². On the 1st Floor there is a light and comfortable lounge, kitchen/diner space with state-of-the-art appliances including a wine fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and (wonderful in the Winter) a wood burner. The 2nd Floor comprises two bedrooms (with blackout curtains and top quality French-made mattresses for the perfect night's sleep), with two en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the 3rd floor there is a terrace (with dining table, chairs and a small sofa/2 loungers) with a 180° view over the red slate rooftops of historic Arles.
On request and availability you can rent the whole house which is listed on VRBO as Maison 26 (Apartment 26 + Studio 26 = Maison 26) giving you the possibility to accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Other things to note:
The narrow and steep 15th century spiral staircase is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children.
An old town vehicle access badge is provided for the duration of your stay
We offer a concierge service on request (at an additional cost)
For stays of 4 nights or more a change of linen and towels is possible on request (at an additional cost)
Beach towels and dressing gowns are also available (at an additional cost).
The TV with Chromecast has no aerial and therefore please note there is no terrestrial (French) TV.
