Charming 19th-century stone building, full of character, comfortable and warm
Nestled in a former 19th-century building, this studio will preserve the character of the structure. Newly refurbished, I have endeavored to retain the soul of the house to create a cozy, warm, and well-insulated studio :) It will be perfect for welcoming you for any of your stays (from one night to several weeks!)
- Smart lock for self-check-in anytime from 4:00 PM.
- Smart reversible air conditioning for your utmost comfort.
- Free parking throughout the neighborhood.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Fully equipped kitchenette.
- Private bathroom
- Bed linens and towels included.
House rules :
→ Deposit of 300€ by credit card imprint requested 24 hours before arrival.
→ Non-smoking flat (penalty of 300€ if facts are found)
→ No partying or parties (penalty of 300€ if facts are found)
→ No illegal activities or activities contrary to public decency
→ Pets accepted (€10/night/pet)
