The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, as are two of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The apartment has several balconies that bring natural light and ventilation: the living room and the main bedroom have a balcony overlooking Manso Street, while the back bedroom has a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, perfect for relaxing.

Each additional traveller not included in the booking will be charged £10 per night.
-Arrival outside of opening hours:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- It is FORBIDDEN to smoke under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having proof that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or gatherings are under NO circumstances PERMITTED. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
