Fantastica casa di 2600 piedi quadrati, completata nell'ottobre del 2003. Puoi sentire il suono del surf da questa casa capovolta su 3 acri con soffitti della cattedrale, tonnellate di luce solare e ampie vedute dell'oceano. Caldo, leggero, aperto, arioso e tranquillo descrive questa invitante vacanza.

L'ultimo piano ha un open space, camino e soffitti a volta nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo, suite padronale con soffitto e balcone della cattedrale e cucina con banconi in corian, isola di macellaio in acero con pendenti in vetro italiano. Il soggiorno si apre su un grande ponte con vista sull'oceano a 180 gradi. Il primo piano ha un ampio ingresso, 3 camere da letto, tana con un divano letto e porte della terrazza che si aprono sul secondo ponte.

All'esterno c'è un grande cortile privato con ortensie, rose da spiaggia, muri in pietra e passerelle, fiori selvatici e un ampio cortile con una grande doccia esterna. Si tratta di una breve passeggiata per l'oceano e 6 miglia in città.

La casa è completamente attrezzata per le vostre esigenze di vacanza. Completamente arredato con tocchi e un ampio paesaggio. Very relaxing

The place was perfect for our group. Very private and relaxing. Spent most of our time on the side deck. Enjoyed hearing the waves coming in from the side deck chairs.

Best Sunrises & Sunsets!

Our family has stayed at Canopache for 5 years now! We just love the cottage and the location! If you like the beach you can walk to Tom Nevers Beach, there's also a playground for our grandkids...and it's very convenient to the Milestone Bike Path. We've stayed at other places on ACK,but this was is our favorite, by far!!

The Ocean was nice in warm in August. The Family loved going to beach #28, a short 4-wheel drive down the road from Canopache. The town may have had lots of Mid-Summer August tourists, but you wouldn't know it at that beach.

Beautiful, just as described

We had a wonderful time staying here. We spent a lot of time outside playing in the yard, there was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we could’ve needed! Would definitely stay again!

The house was great and had plenty of room for two families with elementary and preschool aged kids. Views of the ocean from the deck, great yard, outdoor shower, and easy to get to the beach! We would stay again.

Another great year at Canopache

Our third summer at Canopache, we absolutely love it here. The house is perfect for families, with a massive yard for tons of activities. We love the location, a walk to the beach, a 5 minute ride to Sconset, or a 15 minute ride to town, really can't beat it. House is always well maintained, can't wait to come back!

Great stay

The house is in a great location - set back and quiet with great views from the wrap around balcony. The outdoor shower was a plus. Convenient to a lot of places. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Overall a great stay.

Fantastic house with awesome owner

This home is the perfect Nantucket getaway, with a beautiful yard and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Marcie was a fantastic host and she communicated and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

A memorable week with our family!

This is our second summer at Canopache and again it was a very special week spent with family (including our dog)! The house has a wonderful flow and the views are beautiful. Marcie is super nice to work with and we plan on continuing this tradition!!

Wonderful House and Setting for a Nantucket Vacation!

Fabulous house for a Nantucket family vacation. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed several wonderful dinners with family and friends thanks to the thoughtfully provisioned kitchen. Days started and ended on the deck taking in the gorgeous views. We highly recommend.

Peace and quiet

Enjoyed another great Thanksgiving at Canopache. Beautiful, private location with plenty of space for the family. All the amenities of home away from home with easy walk to park and beach, quick drive to town. Marcie is a great host. A wonderful Nantucket experience!

Our 3rd Year at Canopache! Making wonderful memories of our time on Nantucket!

Canopache is a wonderful property! It has everything a family could ask for! We especially enjoy the views of the ocean from the deck, the large yard and being able to walk to Tom Nevers beach, which is quiet and never crowded. And the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely wonderful!

Great house on a great piece of property.

Warm and comfortable house that was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dinner ware and house wares. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Decks had great views of the Atlantic in the near distance, and the property was beautiful and very well maintained.

Beautiful stay on Nantucket!

I stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 8 ladies and had a wonderful experience! The house was lovely, private, and clean and provided plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. We did not rent or bring a vehicle for our stay and had no problem quickly getting Ubers to and from the house! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

‘Our’ Nantucket House!

We just returned from 2 weeks at ‘our’ house and it was amazing as always. The house is perfect for our multigenerational family. The views from the top deck, the yard, and the overall quiet of this part of the island make our time each year so special. The house is well maintained and clean. Thanks for another magical stay!

Amazing Week at Canopache

This was our second time renting at Canopache, and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the house was terrific, well-maintained, and clean. We love the house layout, which allows for great airflow from the ocean, which kept us cool during the night. The kids loved the grounds and the outdoor shower! We love it, will definitely recommend it, and will be back again!

Amazing weekend at Canopache

Amazing home and host all around! From the onset, Marcie was welcoming and incredibly accommodative as we worked to schedule a surprise stay for our Mother’s 60th birthday party. She was a tremendous host and ensured a comfortable and unforgettable weekend. The home itself was perfect for a large family gathering in close proximity to the Tom Nevers park. Beautiful views and incredible home - unbelievable stay and cannot wait for our next trip back!

Wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, family friendly home in Nantucket. The location is just far enough outside of the "hustle" of downtown Nantucket, literally steps away from peaceful Tom Nevers beach and a quick drive to quaint Sconset. The property manager's attention to detail was second to none. The home was very clean, bright, open and comfortable. I'd highly recommend Canopache for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat for friends and family.
