Please note: Marbella has a very hill-vast area and we recommend each guest to use a rental car.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.

4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 5PM and ends at 8PM. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of 25 euros is applicable.
6. You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of 599 euros.
8. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
9. Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. Therefore we can not guarantee access to any community swimming pool during this period.
10. We do not accept all male or all female groups.
11. For all services provided by the resort an additional fee is applicable.
12. They will charge an additional fee for the Gym, Spa and indoor pool. Please contact the community reception for information. The openings hours and pricing are out of our control.
13. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
