The apartment is a classic example of traditional Georgian architecture in London (high ceilings on raised ground floor, large windows), built in 1820 and recently renovated and entirely refurbished (by us), this flat boasts a contemporary style and mod cons for maximum convenience and comfort.
The ground floor boasts a stunning wooden floor that runs throughout the kitchen area to the living room. The wood contrasts beautifully with the pale walls, adding a comfortable and homely feel to this amazing space. The kitchen follows suit with the pale colours and exudes opulence with the chic white and grey Italian granite counter-tops, juxtaposing with the floor spectacularly. The light tones of the kitchen are accentuated by the big windows, adding splashes of light to the sleek room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need from a pullout double drawer dishwasher, to double ovens and even a Nespresso machine. The dining area is big enough for 4, perfect for a cozy night in with friends. The deep Raft sofa is adjacent to the log burner, adding that irreplaceable cosy, countryside feel that we all long for in London. The white wood window shutters add character to the stunning space, as well as making it perfect for a movie night on the 55" TV with Bose Soundbar. At garden level, you will find the two spacious double bedrooms, each equipped with king size beds, luxury headboards and one of the most comfortable mattresses ever manufactured (we looked for years). Each bedroom provides the perfect place to wind down after a long day of work…or play. The calming colours used create a tranquil space which looks out over the idyllic garden. The shutters add to the feeling of a quaint, country home in the city, and the luscious carpet adds warmth and comfort to the room. The built-in wardrobes are chic, easy and spacious, ready for all your storage needs. All rooms have fans to keep you as cool as a cucumber in summer.
On the landing area you will find a utility area with 8kg washing machine and separate dryer as well as the family bathroom, equipped with a bath and rainfall shower, perfect for whatever mood! Outside to the rear of the property you will find a quiet, landscaped courtyard garden with eating-out teak dining table. There is metal pit which you can use to cook a disposable BBQ on (bring your own)

Being situated in the beating heart of London, you can walk almost everywhere from the apartment.
The duplex is situated less than 5 minutes walk from Marylebone Train/tube station (Bakerloo Line, Zone 1), and 8 minutes from Baker Street tube station (Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle & Jubilee lines).
Parking is available on the single yellow line outside the apartment on Sundays. At other times, the best parking option is the Q Park on Penfold Street, just 3 mins walk away (about £15 per 24 hours, per vehicle).
