Villa Zarana, fantastic house in Salinas

Summary:

Villa Zarana is a calming and tranquil villa whose neutral design ensures it is liked by everyone. This 4-bed villa is in a fantastic location being a short few minutes’ walk to the lake boardwalks at Quinta do Lago.



Living Area: This is a very bright and neutral room. It is a large open plan room with the dining area. In this space you have 2 cream sofa’s and some small footstools. The flat screen TV is situated in the large wall unit by the fire place (can be used in winter months). The TV has Lazer TV Channels. In this living space you have two patio doors that open up to the terrace and pool area, which also let in a lot of natural light. In the dining space, you have seating for 6 people and another patio door to the pool/terrace area. Air conditioning unit in each side of this room.



Kitchen: The kitchen can be accessed either via the dining area or at the end of the entrance corridor. Neutral white kitchen with all appliances such as Nespresso Delonghi Coffee Machine, Bosch oven, Gas hob with extractor, Bosch dishwasher, toaster, juicer, hand blender and fridge. (Freezer is located, one outside by BBQ and one in utility room opposite). The kitchen has a patio door which opens you up to the outside BBQ area.



Bedrooms: The villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms. Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms. 1 which opens up to the back of the house is a twin (can be double) room with bedside units, air con, a large dark wood wardrobe and ensuite with step in shower.Bedroom 2 is opposite this room and opens up to the front of the house. This room has a double bed with bed side units, large wardrobe, and ensuite with bath containing hand held shower.



Upstairs you have the remaining two bedrooms. At the top of the stairs on the right is the master bedroom. This room is a spacious room containing a king bed, desk, small storage unit, two walk-in wardrobe sections and a large ensuite with separate bath and step in shower. This room also has access to a large terrace that covers the length of the house, over looking the pool and garden area. A complete and fantastic suntrap!

Bedroom 4 is on the left side at the top of the stairs and once again has a king bed, with bedside units, ensuite with step in bath and step in shower and a small private terrace at the front of the house.

All bedrooms have Air conditioning units.



Bathrooms: Downstairs has a communal W/C.



Outside: At the front of the house outside you have a large calçada space, enough for 3 cars. The entrance has high palm trees and welcoming bougainvillea.



At the back, outside space of the villa, you have a large south facing pool (10x5m option to be heated) with growing shrubbery surrounding the perimeter. The external dining space contains a Hergom gas BBQ, with sink and freezer. Solid marble dining table for 6, wicker sofa seating and sun loungers.



Other Information: Utility room with washing machine/dryer, sink, water tank, freezer, microwave and clothes airier. Underfloor heating throughout.



The pool can be heated for a supplement of £400 per week.



Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £2000 subject to no damage.



Please note, tourist tax is not included in the price. It is €1 per person per night between 1st November and the end of March. Between April and the end of October it is €2 per person per night for guests who are 16 and over (Max 5 nights).



Maid Service: The rental price includes pool towels, cleaning service 2 days a week, during week days and excluding bank holidays. Linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed once a week.



Local Area: Quinta das Salinas is an exclusive, pleasant and quiet area centrally positioned between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, close to the Ocean and walking distance from Ancao beach and the Ria Formosa. Excellent choice of restaurants, shopping centres, cafes and bars, can be found within a short drive of the villa, leisure facilities, golf and sports.
