It features two plush sofas, perfect for family gatherings, and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Sky TV, DVD, CD player, and sound bar, catering to all entertainment needs. The dining area, elevated by a few steps, boasts a majestic glass dining table with seating for eight, surrounded by four double patio doors that flood the space with natural light and offer direct access to the pool and garden.



The kitchen, adorned in Alderwood and chrome, epitomizes modern elegance and is fully equipped with high-end AEG appliances, including a gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
