Great apartment and location
This property was essentially brand new when we rented. It was GREAT.
Location: Very close to the airport (some might like or dislike this). We thought it was very convenient. Close proximity to the center of town, and great access to the beaches and snorkel sites on the bottom of the island.
The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is nice and cold. There are concrete floors with an amazing back deck that overlooks the dock. This was a great place to read a book, and watch some of the parrots that were nearby. There is a washing machine, so this property is very nice for a family on vacation.
The host was very responsive and checked in with us at the beginning of the stay. We were able to chat with her throughout if there were any issues that came up. There was one night of a loud party with a neighbor - but that wasn't the host's fault, and I don't think is the norm for this neighborhood.
10/10 would recommend
