The apartment complex consists of three floors that cover over 180 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Each floor consists of one two-bedroom apartment, which is ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends who offer them privacy at the same time. Apartments comprise a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each apartment has a private balcony with a seating area and sea views. Guests have a private tavern with barbecue facilities, a kitchen and a seating area, and a common pool with sun loungers. There is also a garage for 4 cars. The owner lives on the ground floor but has a separate entrance and has no contact with guests during their stay. Guests can use a boat mooring in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Since the house is located in a densely populated area, booking is not allowed for younger groups of people.
