Manchester Stay

Dissappointing overall. Upon arrival we had a lot of trouble getting access to the property as instructions were not clear for entry. We also met three other couples who also had trouble accessing the entry and getting through to someone for assistance. Beds were terrible to sleep on and probably need replacing. Generally not a comfortable place to stay. Only 1 uncomfortable 2 seater couch even though the appartment is for 4 people. NO HAIR DRYER - this is a must for hosts to provide. Bare essentials for just 4 people - 4 each of knives forks plates etc. Although the building is relatively new and tidy, it just lacked creature comforts.
