A beautiful penthouse apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is 50m from the beach, facing south to have sun during the day. There is a patio overlooking the communal pool and there is a furnished solarium with a private pool and barbecue area.
There are several bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the apartment. The urbanization and the beach in front (Playa Cala Marques) is textile.
There is disabled access to the apartment from the communal garage by lift, but the only access to the private pool on the roof terrace is by stairs.
Additional charges may apply if pool heating is required. Request more information.
There is a Community Pool too.
The pool maintenance team must have access to the private pool through the apartment (twice a week during the stay)
