Unique villa w/ heatable pool by the Marina

Villa Marina is a unique 3-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located in the heart of Albufeira Marina. This colourful holiday home is the perfect setting for a family getaway and includes a private pool that can be heated (optional extra).



Upstairs, the villa offers 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed) and 1 twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor.



The bright and spacious living/dining area features comfortable seating and large glass doors opening onto the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, utensils, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.



Outside, enjoy a private pool surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing meals.



The villa is set in a quiet area of Albufeira Marina, close to cafés, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. A short drive (or 20-minute walk) leads to Albufeira Old Town, where you'll find sandy beaches, charming streets, and even a beach lift at Peneco Beach.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 7 guests.

From the 8th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
