We appreciate your suggestion regarding storage space in the bathroom and hallway; the villa is presented as shown in the listing photos, but observations like yours are valuable as we continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience. Regarding the towels, each guest is provided with a full set upon arrival. As communicated, a mid-stay change is scheduled, which in your case was planned for the 5th day of your 10-night stay. However, following your request, we arranged for the towels to be replaced earlier, on the 3rd day after your arrival. We would also like to highlight that this villa is positioned as an accessible and affordable option within the region, offering good value for the facilities provided. That said, we respect your opinion and regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
