The living room is spacious and bright, divided into three separate areas and flooded with natural light thanks to large windows overlooking the terrace. It features two sofa beds, a Smart TV, and a large dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, tableware, and all necessary cooking utensils.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms:

One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom including a bathtub

A second bedroom with access to a bathroom with a shower

Air conditioning is available in the living room and there is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The private terrace is the main charm of this apartment: furnished with a table, chairs, and a sun lounger so you can enjoy the Barcelona weather in complete tranquility. All of this just a 5-minute walk from Universitat and Catalunya squares.

Located on the first floor of a typical Eixample-style building, the apartment is close to some of the city’s liveliest and most picturesque areas. Within a 10-minute walk, you can visit the MACBA Museum, reach Plaça Catalunya or stroll down the famous Rambla de Catalunya.

The Eixample district offers a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, cinemas, and theatres. You’re also within walking distance of the stunning Plaça Espanya and the Las Arenas shopping centre, a former bullring turned into a commercial hub.

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood; failure to do so may result in partial or total loss of the deposit
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited (fine from €50 to €250)
Equipped with Roomonitor noise detector (does not record conversations, only measures decibels). Disconnecting or exceeding noise limits may incur a fine from €50 to €250
Pets under 10 kg allowed upon prior request (€20 supplement)
Bathroom towels must not be taken to the beach (penalty of €12 per towel if misused)

Standard check-in from 14:00 to 20:00

Late check-in after 20:00: €30 supplement
After midnight: €50
After 1:00 AM: €10 extra per additional hour
Check-ins on Sundays or public holidays: €30 supplement
According to local regulations, it is mandatory to verify passport or ID information of all guests.

Barcelona tourist tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
