The palm tree covered property is located in Soliman Bay, the most exclusive UNESCO protected natural reef in the Riviera, with 24 hour security. The area is populated almost entirely by exclusive private residences and the delightful Jashita hotel, where you can enjoy homemade pasta and great cocktails beachside.

The living areas are separated into two buildings. The first building is the largest one and it is called Casa Grande. It consists of 5 king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a terrace opening towards the sea. The house has 2 floors.
On the other hand there is the separate two-floor casita that hosts two independent studios with queen bed and 2 single beds, en-suite baths, a small kitchen/dining area, and a terrace for each room. Perfect privacy for two couples.

The property has a private swimming pool for the guests who rent the entire villa.
