We're delighted to welcome into our portfolio, this charming Fulham home within a minute's walk from Fulham Broadway tube station and on a quiet residential road.

This cosy apartment's centrepiece is an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining nook perfect for small families and couples alike. Tastefully decorated with memorabilia from around the world, the living room offers a tranquil setting for light reading and entertainment; all you'll need for a home-away-from-home experience. The master bedroom is fitted with a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide), serviced by an ensuite bathroom with a shower stall. The second bedroom is fitted with a UK double bed (4ft wide), serviced by a bathroom with a shower over bath configuration. The private terrace is welcomed in the summer months.

The home is situated on a quiet residential road yet it's within easy walking distance from numerous shops such as the lovely Eel Brook Common and Parson’s Green, some excellent restaurants including The Gastro Pub and The Tommy Tucker while being within a minute's walk from Fulham Broadway tube station. This part of Fulham is very family-oriented, and this home is very family-friendly!

Home Truths: Although situated in an ex-local authority building. Its prime location near the tube, restaurants, and two football stadiums, coupled with a peaceful neighbourhood, certainly makes up for it. This home has stairs, each bedroom is also equipped with portable air conditioners.

We loved our stay! The place itself was very comfortable, with a really useful kitchen and a small upstairs patio for sitting around in the evening. Comfortable beds, too, and plenty of space for family members (including 2 teenagers) to have some alone time after a long day of sightseeing. But the real selling point is the location. With a subway station literally across the street, it was a breeze to get everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, super close to a Sainsbury for groceries, multiple coffee shops and bakeries, and an excellent movie theatre. Also, the property management company was very responsive when we had trouble finding the second air conditioner (we visited during a heat wave). We couldn't have asked for better value for money!

Great apartment in super convenient location!

My family of four (2 kids 6-10 age range) had a lovely stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well supplied. It is also in a great location, right across from the Tube station. You have easy access to the central parts of the city and all the necessities right nearby. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good London Location

We stayed in London for 6 nights. The property is conveniently located to transportation, grocery, Chelsea FC. and good pub food.

Fabulous location and ambience

This was a beautifully decorated flat in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities we needed! The transportation hubs were literally across the street as were restaurants and a grocery store. We LOVED our stay here and give it our highest recommendation!

Modern flat, excellent location

Convient to tube station, this flat has modern amenities in quiet neighborhood. Pergect launch point for our first trip to London. Highly recommend.

Wonderful flat with great location

Our family absolutely loved and enjoyed the property, it made our stay in London all the better having a home to come to every night. We had access to everything we needed and the location was perfect. As many have said there is a tube station right across the street with access to several bus lines as well. There are a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely return and recommend friends and family for future visits.

Great Stay at Fulham Broadway

Lovely flat with a great location. The flat is ideally located by the Fulham Broadway tube stop, and located near many restaurants, shops and pubs. In particular, the Tommy Tucker pub located behind the flat should not be missed. The flat was clean and fit a family of four adults comfortably. We would stay here again-- communicating with the property agents was easy and the process was straightforward.

Great little base

Finding it initially was tricky, but once in the space was ready for us. Clean, bright, great stock of kitchen items. Only issues would be bed off sitting room was not very comfortable. And having access to the instructions to the kitchen appliances would have been very helpful too. Overall a nice space during our stay in London. location across from Underground was amazing.

Amazing location, okay apartment

We visited Fulham to attend a chelsea football game and see the sights of london with the family. Pros- location! The tube and bus stop are right out front, as well as starbucks, pharmacy, and grocery store across the street. The District line has direct tube acess to many places we wanted to see, and navigating the city was a breeze. Local pubs and restaurants were a plus. Cons- the house did not feel clean and we had to clean everything before we used it. The washing machine left huge stains that looked like mud on our clothing, and the kitchen was not adequately stocked. Many diahes were chipped or cracked and there is not a coffee pot :( there is also only one mirror in the entire flat, so getting ready with 4 people was awkward. Overall, we made it work and were happy with the location and the price.
