What an amazing find! This garden flat was a wonderful base for our two-week stay in London. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with so many areas to explore. It is close to grocery stores, local shops, and some of the best restaurants we have experienced on our multiple visits to this lovely city. The best part is everything is within a 5 to 20-min walk. The flat was perfect for traveling with our adult child. It is a garden apartment with ample light, especially in the back rooms. The backyard was my happy place. The bedrooms were spacious, and the common areas provided enough room for the three of us. The flat was well stocked. Since we cook on extended stays, I was very pleased with the modern kitchen. And having both a washer and a separate dryer was just perfect. The neighborhood is a 10 out of 10! Maida Vale is one of my favorite communities. Everyone was lovely. The Maida Vale and Warwick Tube stations are about 10 minutes away (Bakerloo line), and the #6/187 buses are outside the front door. Other convenient bus lines are less than 5 minutes from the flat. The location worked well for our outings.Cindy was an excellent host who answered all our questions promptly and made us feel welcome - before, during and after our trip. The place felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend it to any small family visiting London. We can’t wait to return!

Little Venice was clean and kitted out with all a fam needs to have a great stay in London! There was an abundance of supplies inside as well as around maida vale. Cindy was tops in communication and ensuring we were all settled in and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone!

Maida Vale

We enjoyed your property but we had some difficulties logging on to the WIFI, opening the front door and one of the back doors. A booklet with more directions and restaurants and grocery stores would have been helpful. We would come back, though. The flat was very comfortable.

Beautiful flat

This is a super cute flat! Cindy was very responsive and so helpful! Neighborhood was charming and quiet. It was a great find!!! One of the highlights was spending evenings in the back garden area while discussing our daily adventures! Would definitely recommend if traveling to the London area!

Great Home Base

This flat served as a great home base for our family for 4 days of exploring London. It was clean with adequate space for spreading out after long days sightseeing. Two Underground stations within a 10 minute walk and numerous bus options made this a good place to stay. Cindy was attentive to questions prior to booking and upon arrival.

Excellent stay in Maida Vale

We had a wonderful experience in the pleasant Maida Vale, with easy access into central London on the Bakerloo line. Flat was lovely with lots of hot water, coffee, tea, and amenities.

Charming Flat in Little Venice Made Our Stay Extra Special

My daughter and I were fortunate to find this lovely flat to stay in while visiting London. It was perfect for us! It has an elevated and relaxed vibe that my 22-year old daughter coveted. We each had our own well-appointed bedroom and enjoyed sharing the common living space of combined living and dining room. We loved that it had a protected garden terrace as it was sunny and relatively warm for the whole time we were there in early March! It's conveniently located between 2 Metro stops and we chose to walk to the Maida Vale one every day to get a flavor of the neighborhood and go by food shops and restaurants. Cindy couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating. She keeps the flat well stocked with amenities, which is appreciated.The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Would love to stay here again!

Fabulous stay in Maida Vale

Really nice stay at Cindy's place. The flat was perfect and easily accessible to the Tube and buses. We had everything we needed in the flat and Cindy's instructions were very clear. I'd love to stay there again!

This was a great home base for our visit to London! A beautiful flat with modern amenities. I used to live in the neighborhood, and it’s well served by transit and has access to great shops and restaurants.

Our London Adventure

I was traveling with my daughter and her 2 children ages 4 and 2. The flat had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was a real plus with littles. We arrived in the afternoon and the kids made a beeline for the outdoor swings. They thoroughly enjoyed them. The next day we took a bus right out front of the flat to the train station and then to the bus shuttle to the Harry Potter Studio tour. Not to be missed if you are a fan which in our case is true. We toured all over London with the kids in strollers. The buses, trains and tube are pretty kid friendly. The neighborhood feels very safe and there are small shops to get groceries. All in all a wonderful experience! Thanks Cindy!

10 days in Little Venice

The flat was absolutely perfect. It's roomy, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. Everything you need is there and if you have a question, Cindy responds immediately. It became our very cozy home away from home and we were really sad to leave.

Comfy and spacious place to stay!

The apartment is conveniently located and spacious! The check in process is great. It is slightly dark as it's below Street level. The back patio is very nice. I found it a great option for a bit more space which is hard to find in London.

Beautiful little apt

This was a charming 2br apt that met our needs as three ladies have a girls trip to London. The apt was comfortable and had everything we needed, very well stocked. The apt is close to grocery stores and cafes as well as the tube. We were able to navigate around London with ease. There is a small backyard that we thoroughly enjoyed given the mild fall weather.

My flat is an oasis in busy London. It was refurbished 18months ago, is nicely decorated, new linens, kitchen supplies, furniture. There is everything you need to have a great stay.

The private garden is an extra bonus. Very peaceful, great sunlight (when the weather agrees), lots of chairs to relax, take a break.

Bedrooms are also at the back of the property, so super quiet at night, very peaceful to sleep!
