From this space, you have direct access to the patio and the swimming pool. The ground floor also hosts 2 bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a fan; the second is a double bedroom featuring 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also equipped with a fan. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes 5 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
