Upon entering Villa Mar Blau, you will be immediately captivated by the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Perched literally on the rocks, overlooking the water, this spectacular villa enjoys a privileged location in the quiet and exclusive Cala Canyelles residential area.



From any of its terraces or from the private pool, you can admire the crystal-clear blue waters and enjoy a constant feeling of calm and connection with the surroundings. The property includes two private parking spaces.

Access to the villa is via a staircase leading to the main entrance. On this level, you will find a spacious and bright living room, arranged in two seating areas, with a dining table and panoramic 180Âș sea views.



The large, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the main terrace, where you will find a summer kitchen, a large outdoor dining table, and a cozy lounge area—perfect for enjoying meals and evenings outdoors. This level also includes a guest toilet.



On a lower level is the large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and offering truly spectacular sea views—a perfect space for relaxation and unwinding.

Sehr schönes Haus an den Klippen (1. Meerlinie) mit fabelhaften Meerblick. Dazu kein StraßenlĂ€rm und sehr privat. Der Pool hat eine angenehme GrĂ¶ĂŸe, es gibt mehrere Terrassen und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (3 Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen zudem ĂŒber Klimaanlage). Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic villa, amazing views, very chilled. Great restaurants down in the bay. Disappointed with the El Trull restaurant, great setting, waiters fab but the food wasn’t great unfortunately. Lots of steps at the villa, can be challenging.

Wow, just wow. This house was an absolute dream! I cannot express just how stunning this house is and most importantly, it has such an incredible view that truly makes you feel at peace. Each morning my sister and I work up early to catch the sunrise and hear the waves, a perfect way to start our morning. Our host was so attentive and responsive and we felt right at home from the minute we got in the house until the very last day. The house has a large covered outdoor terrace right outside the kitchen which was perfect for our large family. And as people who love cooking, the kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, cookware, serveware we needed. The house has a large first floor terrace where you can take in the beautiful views but we lucked out to be in the area when fireworks were happening in Lloret so we were able to catch them right at home, just magical. Truly, we had the time of our lives here and we were so sad to leave, but that means we just have to come back!

Ett vÀldigt bra hus - rymligt och fina uteplatser. Fint lÀge precis vid havet - otroligt fin utsikt! Saknas air condition i tvÄ av sovrummen vilket var lite jobbigt.

TrĂšs bel emplacement et vue. Il manque la climatisation dans 2 chambres et dans les piĂšces Ă  vivre. Nous avons eu trĂšs chaud, il n'y a pas de contrevents ou de toiles permettant d'occulter le soleil sur les grandes baies et fenĂȘtres des piĂšces Ă  vivre. Les canapĂ©s sont en mauvais Ă©tat. L'accĂšs Ă  la maison est difficile: beaucoup de marches Ă©troites.

Hemos disfrutado de una semana en familia en una casa de ensueño, con las mejores vistas del MediterrĂĄneo, habitaciones sĂșper cĂłmodas y amplias, varios baños, cocina completa y amplia, lugar en la terraza para comer todos juntos, una hermosa piscina ... Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Blick (aus jedem Zimmer) ist traumhaft. Die BĂ€der sind alle renoviert und wirklich auf neuestem Standard. Es gibt 4 Terrassen und somit RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten genug. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, auf dem RĂŒckweg muss man allerdings einige Stufen ĂŒberwinden. Auf der oberen großen Terrasse steht leider kein Terrassenmöbel. Ein Tisch mit 4 StĂŒhlen oder auch Sonnenliegen wĂ€ren super. Die SchirmstĂ€nder sind nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, somit ist Schatten rar und im Sommer ist das sicher ein Problem.

In the garden and on the terrace you do not see the neighbours and you can feel completely alone with a magnificent view along the coast. You can even see fish in the sea below! the pool is perfect and clean Many bathrooms in nearly every bedroom - perfect If weather is bad, You can see the sea and the coast from every room and from nearly any Position in the living room which has large Windows to three sides. Private car park - great in this area! Many outside sitting possibilties for any Kind of weather Would book it again - maybe even in winter Internet is really poor Electric cooker is weak, so we had to use the gascooker outside ( which is fine to have... )the Barbecue if real heat was needed, dishwasher is also not really good. Bed lights in the bedrooms are too bright. We were not informed about the time when gardener and cleaning People were comeing. This would have been better to know, so we could make our plans according to this An Access to the sea below would be really great While we stayed there the neighbours started constructing a new house - very early every morning Everything in the house seems a bit old and used. So the Internet and these "old and used" Thing is why it is not 5 star... I would say 4,5 stars...

Vue sans pareille..confort des 3 parties de logement séparés.. calme... piscine tres agréable belles salles de bains. Cuisine dŽété trÚs pratique et trÚs Utilisée par beau temps.. proximité de la plage.. Surtout le barbecue inutilisable car grille cassée et et tonneau de cendres plein à ras bord impossible à évacuer ça pÚse une tonne...mauvaise arrivée dŽair allumage long et difficile...une plancha serait plus pratique et facile à installer... il nŽy a pas dŽéclairage sur la terrasse du salon .. ce serait plus sympa pour boire un verre le soir à la fraßche....quelques carreaux à changer car décollés et dangereux sur les escaliers extérieurs et surtout dans la cuisine dŽété.

Dit huis bevindt zich in een rustige en aangename buurt. Het uitzicht op de zee is prachtig. Groot huis met voldoende aparte ruimtes en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Over het algemeen zeer tevreden over dit huis. Wel zijn de badkamers toe aan renovatie (schimmel in Ă©Ă©n douche en riool geur in een andere badkamer). Ook de aparte toilet bleef soms doorlopen.

Helt fantastiskt hus med bÀsta utsikten! Vi var 14 personer. Stora rum med 4 badrum och 2 toaletter, underbar altan dÀr vi alla fick plats att Àta tillsammans. Fantastisk pool med solstolar för mÄnga! Medelhavet nÀr det Àr som bÀst! Ett hus för vuxna och unga vuxna, inte för smÄ barn eller Àldre. MÄnga trappor! Toppen service frÄn CoastalVillas! Oförglömlig semester med familjen!

Superbe mais certaines choses Ă  revoir.

Superbe villa dans laquelle nous reviendrons avec plaisir, juste quelques points Ă  amĂ©liorer pour un sĂ©jour parfait.Malheureusement sur les 5 chambres les 2 chambres de l'Ă©tage sont Ă  revoir, nous Ă©tions 5 couples et la difference de standing a causer problĂšme, la literie et la dĂ©co sont Ă  revoir. Que deux parasols cassĂ©s pour 8 transats c'est inssufisants. D'autre part dans la cuisine le matĂ©riel est Ă  revoir, les plats et saladiers ne sont pas prĂ©vus pour les grandes familles. Nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© des grands contenants. Un bĂ©mol Ă©galement pour la plaque de cuisson qui n'est pas Ă  induction alors pour cuisiner pour 10 trĂšs compliquĂ©. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur congelateur trop petit obligĂ© de faire les courses tous les jours mĂȘme avec le petit rĂ©frigĂ©rateur cĂŽtĂ© barbecue. 1 seul Ă©tendoir Ă  linge pour toute la Villa et de plus cassĂ©!.En cours de saison il serait bon de vĂ©rifier l'Ă©tat du matĂ©riel et de le changer lorsque celui ci est cassĂ©.

A pesar de que en los primeros 2 dĂ­as no funcionĂł el agua caliente y tuvimos problemas con la electricidad en la planta alta de la casa, la estadĂ­a fue muy buena y pasamos muy lindos momentos junto a mi familia. Desde Coastal Villas siempre estuvieron predispuestos y atentos a solucionar los problemas antes comentados. El resto todo perfecto, la casa tiene una ubicaciĂłn excelente junto al mar.

La vue, les espaces, les salle-de-bain rénovées. Et les ventilateurs ! ( absolument nécessaires! ). Les parkings privés aussi ! - Dommage qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul parasol! - Nous aurions aimé avoir de la lumiÚre dans la piscine le soir. C'est façile à programmer avec un minuterie pour quelques heures....
