This beautiful recently restored apartment is on the ground floor situated just at 40 metres from the La Gola beach in Puerto Pollensa. An ideal location for families that wish to spend their holidays near the beach.
When entering the apartment, you will find an open plan living room with two sofas and a large flat screen TV where you can find a selection of international channels. From here you have access to one twin bedroom and one double which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. An archway gives access to the open plan kitchen dining area, which is well equipped with microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and many other kitchen utensils. To the left of the kitchen there is another twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.
This apartment is contemporary, comfortable and in a wonderful location within the resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is just at one minute walk from all the shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach.
