My wife and I recently renovated this townhouse to improve its value while making it more attractive for vacation rental. For me as an architect this was a fun exercise, but for my wife as a banker it was financial stress, but well worth it! We both love to travel the world with our two children and have developed a strong appreciation for what's required in creating high quality accommodation while being good hosts. The convenience of our location is unmatched! Right next door you will find a well stocked grocery store, a modern medical clinic, public transportation, and a gym to maintain your fitness regimen while you are away. Walk 5 minutes further and you will find a bevy of restaurants, bars, plenty of opportunities for shopping, and teeming nightlife once the sun goes down. Also a stone's throw away is a relaxing casual-dining experience at the Rodney Bay marina with its ice-cream parlors, boutique restaurants and pizzerias. You can also find sandy beaches with clear waters, a variety of water sporting activities, a water park for the children, and the infamous Gros-Islet Friday night street party, all within 10 minutes or less of your vacation home!
