Summer Breeze - Villa de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños con piscina

Summer Breeze es una hermosa propiedad ubicada en la colina en Cas en Bas con vistas fantásticas del parque nacional y el océano. Ubicada en jardines privados, la casa tiene una piscina con área de cubierta donde puede disfrutar del sol mientras se beneficia de la brisa fresca.
Estamos a 90 minutos en coche del aeropuerto internacional y a 20 minutos del antiguo aeropuerto de Castries.
La casa está a 5 minutos en coche de Gros Islet con su maravillosa playa (también famosa por Friday Night Fish Fry) y a menos de 10 minutos en coche de Rodney Bay con todos sus restaurantes y tiendas. También estamos cerca de las playas de Cas en Bas y Pigeon Point.
Nuestro gerente de la casa local lo recibirá a su llegada y estará disponible durante toda su estadía para asegurarse de que se lo pase en grande: puede organizar taxis, alquiler de coches y reservas en restaurantes; viajes e incluso un chef.
Ofrecemos la casa en alquiler solo de forma exclusiva: podemos alojar hasta un máximo de 8 personas en total, ofreciendo 2/3 habitaciones dobles y una doble, todas tienen baño privado con ducha. Los 4 dormitorios en el piso superior es una suite y tiene una sala de estar separada. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcones con espacio para sentarse.
Tenemos una gran sala de estar / comedor con persianas que se pueden abrir para traer el exterior.
La cocina independiente se ha reformado recientemente y está equipada con un alto estándar; también tenemos un área de servicios públicos.
No podemos acomodar a niños menores de 2 años ya que no proporcionamos una cuna y una trona.
Wifi está disponible en toda la propiedad, también ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes un teléfono móvil local de pago por uso para uso de emergencia.

Waking up in bed and looking out the window to see the most gorgeous view of the ocean was an absolute joy!The house had an amazing cross breeze that could be felt upstairs and downstairs, so we never got too cold or too hot.After we booked our stay at this house, the owner and the house manager were both so detailed in their descriptions of what we could expect. I could message them anytime about anything and they were very quick to respond and give excellent information that was helpful in planning for things to do around town and around the island.The house had such a generous layout that the five of us staying there never felt too crowded. Three bedrooms on the main level each with their own bathroom, gave everyone privacy and a place to retreat while still having common areas that accommodated us nicely.
Having a private pool was fantastic! On the lower level, there was also a giant sunroom that led to a bathroom with a shower. There were plenty of beach towels for us to use and chair cushions that were very comfy to put on the sun loungers.
We rented a vehicle about halfway through our vacation. The driveway is pretty steep and does require the ability to turn around for when you want to leave. You should have a very good driver who is confident to drive on the left side of the road.
Any meals we ate at the house were on the patio facing the ocean. It was always the perfect temperature there.
The master bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom AND its own cozy sitting room behind it. Just a couple of couches and I used it to drink a cup of tea in the evenings and read my book

Excellent location and amenities

It was a wonderful stay at Summer Breeze. The host was gracious and greeted us at arrival. The amenities were in good order and the location has breathtaking views of the hills and ocean. The pool is a nice perk as well.

You see is not what you get…it’s better!

The pictures do not do this place justice. From the size to the cleanliness, to the views, summer breeze was the perfect vacation home. Additionally Lorna was extremely helpful in providing all the information we needed and was gracious enough to take us to multiple banks late at night as we needed to pull cash out. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to St.Lucia

Relaxing stay at Summer Breeze

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Summer Breeze. Communication with the owner and property manager were 1st class.Summer Breeze has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is a great size. My only slight negative is the barking dogs in the area can be annoying especially late at night. However, It didn’t spoil the holiday at all. We will definitely look to return to Summer Breeze

We loved the communication with Lorna! She was amazing and made herself available to answer any questions we had about travel, dinner options and anything else really. Summer Breeze was a beautiful spot! Loved the house and all the amenities!

The stay was fantastic from start to finish

We had a wonderful time, this place was great for 8 adults, close to everything. There are so many things to see and do. We loved the set up of this house. Lots of privacy for each couple. Well equipped place we had everything we needed. Poll was awesome after a long day exploring. Thank you ALison and Lorna for making our stay so relaxing.

The PERFECT Place!

Our trip to St. Lucia wouldn't have been complete without staying at Summer Breeze. It had everything we needed for our family of five and more!! The location is great and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The pool and all of the other facilities are kept in amazing condition. Also, the house and property feel very safe and secluded. For any travelers looking for their own space or wanting to feel integrated into the St. Lucian culture, this is your place. We can't thank Alison and Lorna enough for their hospitality, fantastic communication and their help to make our trip amazing.

We had a good time

So if you have the right mindset this location will accomplish what you want. The gate is time consuming to open/close. They also need a dishwasher and new dishes and such. The management is good which helped with the review.

I want to start off by thanking Lorna and Alison. Both were very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay at summer breeze. The property itself was beautiful. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. It looks so much better in person and the views are breath taking. I enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of town but less than 10mins drive to everything we needed including Pigeon Island beach!

Z’s 2022 summer breeze holiday vacation

As per the name of home, the breeze from all levels of home are awesome! The house was clean and very well appointed. Very comfortable throughout. Views are Also very nice. The pool deck is a great place to tan and pool is very large and pretty. All communications with Allison, Lorna, and Our driver Kurt were great! We had great time on the island, fishing, snorkeling, boating, atv’ing etc- Great Way to end 2022 and start 2023

Sept stay

Property was in a good location and is spacious. 7 adults were in our party and it was fine. Pool was larger than I expected. The downstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans and we were provided with 2 other fans for the upstairs bedroom and living room. There is no air con. We had 2 cars, which we parked on site, although it was a bit tight getting into / exiting the car park.There are beaches close by, but you really need a car to be able to get anywhere. .

family stay

The house was very clean and bright. Kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed using the French Press for our morning coffee. The breezes at this aptly named villa were exquisite especially from the upstairs bedroom. The pool is large and gets good sunlight in the earlier part of the day, we all enjoyed it very much! Lorna ,the house manager and local contact is extremely easy to get a hold of, as well as one of the most lovely, kind, and thoughtful people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. There's a great feeling and energy in Summer Breeze that made me feel like it will only continue to become more amazing than it already is with the owners love of their special home at the helm.

Gorgeous View

The pool home was a good location for quick access to the Marina area area and Rodney Bay. The hills up from the main road are a bit treacherous and the driveway requires a great deal of skill in and out. (But honestly all the roads in St. Lucia are equal in this). Overall the listing was as expected, beds comfortable but the upper master bedroom is missing a ceiling fan and so it was too warm to use. There was quite a bit of animal noise from the surrounding area at night. The main floor bedrooms, family room and dining area are spacious (movie watching is a challenge with the small TV) as is the balcony and the view is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped, but you will likely need additional converters except for the few places where they are provided. The host was very friendly and met us for arrival and departure.

The seven of us had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay in St. Lucia. Summer Breeze was a perfect place for us to stay. Up high with awesome views from so many areas of the villa. And the pool provided a wonderful way to relax during the evenings after being out and about to the beaches and sights during the day.Lorna, the property manager is fantastic! Our time in St. Lucia would not have been as wonderful without her input. We corresponded many times before our arrival which really helped us prepare for our 12 day stay. She answered so many of our questions. She was also available during our entire stay should we needed anything. And she made arrangements with Kurt, a wonderful fellow, who drove us to and from the airport. She also suggested Operative Car rental from whom we rented 2 Jimnys. They were very accommodating and the Jimnys were the perfect vehicles to get around the island with. I highly recommend Summer Breeze to anyone looking for an unforgettable time on St. Lucia!

Perfect location for visiting the island

The location was perfect for day trips to the west side of the island and the north eastern side as well. We were close to all the amenities we would need. The house manager, Lorna was so helpful in any question we had! We had a slight mishap with a leak and within 15 minutes she was there to check it out and get it fixed. The house layout was perfect we were traveling with our 4 older children 27-21 and everyone had privacy and space. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and enjoying cocktails. The pool was a wonderful size and having the seating we needed. Overall we were extremely happy with this location, and house. The owners were also extremely helpful with all the questions we had to arrange for activities and get us set up. The choices and ideas for restaurants they provided were hits for all of us. Only warning I have is that there are lots of dogs in the surrounding area and they often bark at all hours.as we slept with the windows open to enjoy the breeze. We got used to it and it didn't bother us or the kids but for sensitive sleepers you should be aware. I highly recommend this location for a family or groups of adults as well! We loved our stay and will have many many many memories .

Clean, Light and Spacious

Alison and Gareth, the owners were great. They were very forthcoming with lots of information and advice by email and phone before our holiday. Their property manager Lorna, was also very friendly and helpful. The house is very spacious, light and airy. The photos are a very good representation. We like to explore, so for us this was a great base from which to access the north of the island. I was advised that the roads were very twisty and turny, but hadn't fully comprehended how long it takes to drive around the island. However, don't be put off there are lots of beaches to visit close by. The furthest we drove was The Pitons and Sugar Beach, which took 2 hrs. But, I have been told a lovely way to see this area is by boat. The roads are mostly in good condition, but watch out for the odd pot hole. Although many are very steep and twisty, there are no sheer drops unlike many mountainous regions of Europe. The house is very close to Rodney Bay and Gros Islet for local supermarkets and Castires, the Capital is very easy to get to - no steep hills in the way! The kitchen is well equipped. There was everything we needed to have breakfast and an evening meal for 4 at the house each day. We opted to eat out at lunch time in numerous beach side bars and restaurants. Everyone has different requirements and expectations, but for us this house was great, I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely views

We had a very good time at Summer Breeze. The pool was amazing and the bedrooms very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The villa is in a very good position for Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island.

Breathtaking!

Everything was perfect from the check in to check out! The hosts were wonderful and Lorna was amazing to deal with too! The house was exactly as advertised. The view was incredible along with the beautiful breeze throughout the house! Thank you for making our stay very memorable and hope to see you again soon!
