• Spacious two double bedrooms with very comfy double beds, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms
• Sleek, modern kitchen brimming with new appliances, which includes a wine cooler, fridge, dishwasher and an electric oven
• Stunning modern living room featuring Smart TV with Media Hub (don’t forget your Netflix password), plus snuggly sofa bed
• Dining table with ample space for 6 fabulous people
• Additional WC / cloakroom / Laundry room equipped with a washer/ dryer machine.
• The interiors have also been designed in a soft, industrial style, reminiscent of the property’s past using natural materials focused on comfort, elegance, and sustainability
HOME TRUTHS:
• For your convenience this is a self-check in property and keyless apartment
• Check-in details and access code will be emailed to you the day before arrival
• This is a duplex house
• To stay toasty, your apartment has a centrally managed heating system
• This House doesn't have air-conditioning. All the windows open and if it warms up in the summer, we’re happy to provide fans for each room, just let us know
• A welcome pack of bed linen, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided. If you’re staying longer than a few days, we can arrange for fresh sets at an extra cost
• Maximum occupancy is 4 people
• We’re committed to ensuring your House is safe and sparkling clean and maintain rigorous cleaning processes across all our properties.
It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow these rules:
• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety.
• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards
• Check-out: 10am (Set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)
