Lovely 2-bedroom flat, which can accommodate up to 6 people. This flat is attractively furnished in traditional Tyrolean style. It is housed in a lovely high attic and can only be reached via the stairs. The property consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, a bright living room with double sofa bed and a separate kitchen with dining table. The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 4- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.Casa Vintlana is a characteristic mountain house located in the La Poza area in Selva Val Gardena, approx. 1 km from the centre. It consists of two comfortable apartments with various amenities for your holidays in the Dolomites. In summer, the location is ideal, as right below the house passes the “Old Railway Path” a so called walking path, which leads through Val Gardena and also features a cycling path. The location at the edge of the forest means that you will find the first hiking trails right behind the house. A few hundred metres from the house you will also find a small playground. Approx. 400 metres from the house you will find the next bus stop, which takes you to the centre of Selva or to other places in Val Gardena. From approx. mid-June to approx. mid-September the Summer Bus stops 20 metres from the house and takes you to both Selva and St. Christina. In winter, on the other hand, the location is advantageous as the ski bus stops 20 metres from the house during the ski season and takes you free of charge to the lifts of the Sellaronda, in the Dolomiti Superski. There is a shared terrace where you can relax in the warmer months, which also has a small veranda with a table and a small swing for children. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
